He gave us frequent updates and followed up to get us the quick sale we wanted and at no discount to the asking price: 5 weeks from agreeing the price to completion. GoogleRented a house with them 2 years ago. I didn't want to leave a review then as you can really see how an agency is when you move out and they have to arrange viewings for the house you still live in. The team has been great both for the move in and move out. As with any company, it wasn't perfect but, they kept us informed at all times and were easy to speak with. Here are 2 things that could be improved from my opinion: >Better internal communication (e.g. have just one person to arrange all viewings) >Take complaints more seriously (it's your responsibility for your contractors, not mine. And if your board damaged my car, you should follow-up, rather than dismiss the complaint)

GoogleWe dealt with KFH during our purchase of a property in Raynes Park. We could not speak more highly of the service provided throughout by Pippa (and the rest of the team). Noting that estate agents can sometimes have a bit of a bad rep (!), this was absolutely not the case here. All of our e-mails and phone calls were also responded to extremely promptly and nothing was ever too much of an issue; the process was run very smoothly from the outset and we were kept up to date with all of the key steps and progress. Would definitely suggest using KFH for a property sale in the area.

GoogleKFH Raynes Park have managed two long lettings for us over the past six years and we have always been grateful to have them helping us. They are professional, courteous and quick to respond - all particularly important to us as we've been based overseas. Various things have had to be fixed and they've always sought extra quotes when asked and been transparent about process. They have been effective interlocutors with our tenants too. We have had a few letting account managers and every one of them has been easy to work with. Whoever does your recruitment and training is doing a good job! Should we rent our house out again, we will return.
