GoogleI've recently completed my property purchase under the great support of the team at KFH Raynes Park, lead by the leader Ross together with team members like Connor and Tara. The experience was very good. I'm impressed by the profession of the team, and the customer spirit demonstrated through the whole process. The communication was smooth, prompt and complete. I feel lucky and grateful to get the support from such a great team and wish them all the best.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe recently sold a property in Morden through KFH (having bought the same house through KFH eight years ago). It was the most painless, stress-free experience, thanks mostly to the one-stop shop that KFH provide for conveyancing, organising a survey and mortgage advice. An excellent service all round! On top of that, we had the pleasure of working with Pippa, who was courteous, pleasant and thoroughly professional, and who kept us informed at every step of the process. Our compliments and thanks must also go to Ross, Charlie, Connor and Tara as we liaised with them all at various points of our sale. It really was an excellent experience and I cannot recommend them enough.

GoogleSimon helped myself and my partner find our first home together. He was polite, courteous and very accommodating. He was immensely responsive and went so far as to arrange viewings at short notice, and was exceptionally knowledgeable about all aspects of the property. His professional manner accompanied a friendly and amenable approach. He very much worked on our behalf, putting forward our case, and truly helping us as tenants find our home. We are very grateful for his assistance and, whilst we hope to be settled into our home for the foreseeable future, we would enlist his services again without a second thought. If all other agents at KFH are of the same high standard I would recommend them to anyone seeking a home - but Simon in particular!

GoogleKFH Raynes Park were great with our recent sale. Tried another agent first, with no joy. We should’ve gone with KFH in the first place. Connor was excellent; a great help in getting the sale over the line.

GoogleThe help we've received from Christian, the Lettings Negotiator at Kinleigh Folkard & Haywards, has been really great. From the beginning of your journey viewing the rental property all the way to progressing all the paperwork and next steps before our move-in date, he has been really responsive to ensure it was all a smooth process. Thanks so much!

GoogleUpdate: since the original review we have had a few interactions which put us as tenants in an awkward situation with our landlord as a result. Not ideal and not very professional.
