GoogleWe were really keen to sell our house in South Merton before the end of the stamp duty holiday ended. Charlie Vickery helped push the sale of our house through from offer to completion in just over 2 months, and a whole month before the end of the stamp duty holiday. I'm pretty sure that without Charlie encouraging the whole length of the chain to keep moving as quickly as possible, to the extent that he was able to, this wouldn't have happened. Especially given that one end of the chain seemed willing but particularly unresponsive to modern forms of communication. The marketing of our property was excellent and communication with regards to viewings was great - which was particularly welcome given we were on the market during lockdown.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleRoss at KFH was incredible - he helped sell our house which we put on the market in January 2020. He helped identify the right price and strategy for putting the house on the market and drive a large number of viewings which in turn drove 6 offers over asking price. This gave us the great position of choosing a bid that worked for us and was most likely to execute (small chain). Then.... COVID kicked in and Ross really showed his value - he was always calm, diligent and did an incredible job not just not keeping our buyer engaged and sticking to the deal - he also helped deal with the seller of the house we were buying. In the end, it took 6 months - but the deals got done and we could not have done it without Ross. Thank you!

GoogleNever having sold a property before we were pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to sell through KFH. We were initially advised by Ross and then the rest of the sale was dealt with by Connor who saw through the processes of getting a solicitor and marketing the property for the right price. We were kept informed of all the viewings and their feedback by the potential buyers all the way to the final offers on the property. Any queries I had were dealt with promptly and professionally and the whole process was handled by a great team.
