GoogleWe recently used the KfH Raynes Park sales team to sell our house on Vernon Avenue in the Apostles, led by Ross and with help from Connor and Max. The team were absolutely fantastic all the way throughout the process, sealing an offer on our house in 10 days. Ross in particular gave us expert advice during all steps of the process and went above and beyond in ensuring our exchange and completion happened smoothly after some issues at the bottom of our chain. Initially we had been torn whether to use a virtual/online estate agent due to the savings on commission, however we are now so glad we didn't - the whole process would have been a nightmare without having KfH's expert advice and intermediary services to guide the process along and it was well worth using them to ensure we got our dream house. GoogleI can highly recommend the sales team at KFH and I’m not normally someone who posts reviews, but I absolutely had to in this case. The sale of our family house in Raynes Park took some time and was stalled due to Covid-19 and the lockdown. Through the entire process, the staff at KFH have been brilliant, supportive and were very quick to respond to calls and messages. Ross, in particular, kept us updated and always made time to talk things through with us. With his thoughtful handling of a stressful situation, he made an enormous difference to our experience of selling and moving.
