GoogleWe were looking for a flat in the Raynes Park/Wimbledon area and we started by contacting several agencies via email. We were pleasantly surprised when we received a reply from KFH within 10 minutes.
Mr. Richard Jackson, lettings agent from KFH, called us saying they have 8 (!) properties fitting our description in the area. He kindly offered to drive us to each property as we don't own a car. Within a couple of weeks, we found ourselves finalising the tenancy agreement for an exceptional flat well within our budget.
Mr Jakson has proven a superb negotiator and a very understanding agent to do business with. We have found him to be very trustworthy and extremely friendly. We have since recommended KFH, their team, and Richard in particular, to several of our friends who are looking to relocate as we believe there is no one else that could provide them with a better service. When and if we move again in the future, we sincerely hope Mr Jackson will still be available.

In my opinion, the one who works the most effectively and professionally is KF&H. I like the way how the branches of the company cooperate together and I like the way the agents work. She definitely deserves recognition for her creativity in the search for properties and for her reliability.
