I received a very professional and friendly service from Antony. I registered my interest in a property online and he called me less than 30 minutes later to arrange a viewing for the next morning. The house was spotless and Antony answered all my questions. I made an offer and he kept me regularly updated during the process, tried his best to negotiate with the landlord and was very responsive. I recently went through KFH to rent my first ever property in Central London. For someone who’s never done anything remotely like this before, the prospect was certainly a scary one and there were many questions and concerns I had initially. I honestly can’t thank Antony Botha enough and I know I wouldn’t have been able to do any of this confidently without his help. Nothing was too much for him and the concerns I had in the beginning dissipated very quickly through the knowledge and assurance he gave to me.
