GoogleI'm in the hunt for a perfect flat in Hammersmith and was pleased to meet Roy Paine from KFH Hammersmith branch. Contrary to other real estate agents that will simply not reply to your queries placed through the letting portals, I can attest that Roy is spot on in contacting me. I've seen a few properties with him already, and although I'm yet to find the perfect one (not his fault; I'm _extremelly_ exigent about flat appearance and size) I'm very happy with the level of attention received from KFH & Roy.

GoogleWe were assisted by Roy Payne for out house search in London. He was very quick to revert and helped in finalising the deal within two days. He was very polite, and professional. I specifically remember one incident where there was an emergency post we had moved in to the new apartment, despite the fact it was Christmas, Roy was so prompt and helped us. Really appreciate it!

GoogleFor me, the process leaving home & finding somewhere new to live on a tight budget has been an arduous one. Countless searches online, phone calls, turning up for viewings only to find the property not congruent to the pictures advertised.. All while working long hours. Exhausting. That was until I was blessed enough to find a place through Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward who, on my visit to their branch in Hammersmith struck me as very professional outfit I must say, especially compared to the rogue letting agents I'd previously come across. And in particular, my point of contact Antony Botha. Easy going, honest, great communicator, kept me in the loop every step of the way, fought to negotiate on my behalf, great smile, excellent choice in socks.. the list of superlatives I have for this guy is endless. He made the process very simple, & you know.. I'm not sure he really understands how much his help has meant because, It's been a difficult time. So a big thank you to Anthony for facilitating a new beginning for me. GoogleMy experience with KFH and particularly with Antony Botha was a very professional experience from the start of receiving my Rightmove inquiry to promptly contacting me, arranging an appointment, accommodating my lateness for 15 mns, then show me a personalised experience supporting my offer on the property I liked. GoogleThe guys at KFH were absolutely brilliant and extremely helpful. They quickly figured out what we were looking for and catered accordingly. Both Antony and Eduard who showed us properties in Shepards Bush and Hammersmith were incredibly helpful and patient with our requests and badgering regarding time. Antony showed us two properties that immediately ticked all the boxes and worked tirelessly to get our offer accepted. Eduard showed us a number of excellent properties and responded to every request we had regarding location and content of the properties. GoogleEven though I ended up finding my new home through a different agency, Antony from the Hammersmith branch was the most helpful since the first moment I approached KFH to book a viewing. Antony was very professional, followed the Covid guidelines during the viewings and took in consideration all my requirements. We saw a couple of properties at very short notice, on my request, and not being of my liking (in real life!), Antony kept sending suggestions through. Unfortunately for KFH I also had my eye on a different place not under their agency's remit, that ended up being available in the meantime. Fahim and Arjuna also took their time looking for properties for me and I really appreciated their help. Will definitely use KFH services in the future if needed. All very helpful without being pushy or using aggressive marketing on customers that are naturally under the stress or pressure that the London market automatically puts on one's shoulders as soon as one decides to move home!
