GoogleKFH found us many viewers and buyers. They marketed the property well, supported us during the exchange and through to the completion. They replied to our queries and prompted all parties involved to get the sale done. Each correspondence was personable, polite and professional. Like some sales there were queries and delays from the other side, but we felt like we had a good working relationship with our agents. Angela and Annabel had our backs, advised us well when it counted and were open to constructive feedback.

Being able to have her help with this apartment search is truly a blessing as she's really been there for me in terms of ensuring that we find the perfect home. She definitely has gone above and beyond while also showing me immense kindness as well as turned apartment hunting into a joy rather than a tedious chore. GoogleThe first experience with a real estate agency in London is always difficult, they take many things for granted and we think that the process would be very similar to that in Spain, which is why humane treatment and finding the right person so that the entire process is very important. be much easier. In our case, the treatment received by the agency and especially by Safia Mostafa was excellent. He did everything in his power to ensure that the language was not a problem, always seeking our satisfaction and the best final result.

GoogleAndrea in the Hammersmith office (and in fact all the team there especially Hannah!) were simply amazing from the first hello, to the handover of our keys this morning. I know they must be incredibly busy, but they were always relaxed, never pushy, and always smiling and nice to deal with! We will definitely be selling our house in the future with them and I highly recommend them for first buyers. They made it a lot less stressful than it could have been. Andrea showed us a variety to start with, and eventually after 3 sets of viewings, we know our criteria and Andrea didn't waste our time with other properties, but when the right one came up, we went in and grabbed it straight away. GoogleI interacted with Krystal from KFH who showed us the flat. When we started searching for a flat for rent, Krystal suggested really good options. We turned up quite late in evening for viewing the flat because of tube service delay but Krystal was quite patient with us. Guy from KFH helped in negotiating the rent with owner. With help of him, we managed to get the flat on mutual agreed rate. It was difficult and long process in negotiating but finally we managed to get the flat. Eve help us in paper work, she was quite professional in her services. Overall i would recommend KFH who wants to go for renting in London. They have got really good network and professional guys who can definitely help. Thanks

GoogleWe instructed KFH on the sale of my partner's flat this spring and were very happy with the service we received. Though the process of selling in a difficult market is inevitably a lengthy and stressful one, it would have been much harder without the continual support of Hannah and her team, whose smart strategic thinking, extensive network of contacts and sheer hard work gave us confidence from valuation to completion. Having focused initially on finding the best sales team to market the property, we were largely unaware of the important role which an estate agent plays in liaising with solicitors, managing agents and others on both sides to ensure that exchange and completion occur in a timely fashion; we were therefore extremely fortunate to find that Tanvir, Giorgia and Andrea were so proactive even after my partner had accepted an offer, and Andrea in particular proved to be an enormous help in the days leading up to exchange. Our experience of KFH in the Hammersmith branch was mirrored by that in south London, and we would recommend this agency to prospective sellers and purchasers.

GooglePurchased a property in Hammersmith which we completed on last week. Dealt with Tanvir who was always polite on the phone, I found had a great attitude, and always knew what was going on with the sales process from both the vendor's solicitors side and mine. He was also obliging to any requests we made to visit the property which included frequent visits for surveying purposes and builders quotes during the purchase process. We had concerns about a small boundary wall issue, and the manager Hannah, was quick to take control and personally went down to the property to clear up this matter, much to our satisfaction. Very impressed overall.

GoogleI don’t always take the time to write a review but it’s important to give feedback when credit is due. Angela provided an excellent service from start to finish. My ex partner and I were selling our flat as we had separated a few months before. It was very important for us to get a quick sale but also the best price possible as we had only owned the property for 2 years so needed to cover costs. Her knowledge and expertise of the area was impeccable and we felt we could trust her to do a good job versus some of the other local agents that gave us totally unrealistic valuations. She didn’t disappoint. I’ve never known an agent to be so proactive in getting viewings so quickly! Not only were we pleased with what we sold for but it didn’t take long and Angela did all the negotiating. I would highly recommended KFH as an agent. Couldn’t have asked for more.
