GoogleRoy Payne is a very dedicated worker. We encountered some issues, but he put some extra effort to ease the whole process for us by negotiating with the landlord and making sure we will obtain the flat eventually. Also very easy to contact, he even replied to our messages outside his working hours and was very understanding with us

GoogleI started my sales journey with a different company, but that didn't go so well. I contacted KFH by email (I live overseas) and was impressed by Angela's quick response, property knowledge and her honesty. She was generous with her time and advice and made me feel reassured and safe. I really valued the efforts and persistence Angela and Natalia; they went above and beyond in keeping me up-to-date on what was happening as well as chasing potential buyers and really pushing the whole process along. The sale probably still wouldn't be completed if not for them. They made the whole process as easy, quick and painless as possible. I'm confident I chose the best team to sell with and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell.

Facebookshame, they filled out my lease extension form wrong , and now land registry will not accept it, have contacted them numerous times , so has solicitor, and no response, so now i have a lease thats not worth the paper its written on, person dealing with it has left the company, and no reply from new team member, will complain to directors, this has been going on for over a year now, very shoddy , and a disgrace to the industry .

GoogleRehmaan In the Hammersmith branch was great! Always made time for me and showed me some great places. Rapid responsive and knew the properties very well. Delivered the answers with everything I threw. Knows the landlord’s expectations. Highly recommended if you’re wanting an agent who gets the ball rolling/ works around the clock to get the offer over the finish-line, whilst working for both sides of the deal. 👌🏽

GoogleKFH have just helped us to exchange on our first property. They have been helpful and informative throughout the whole process and always available at the end of the phone to help when there were issues (of which there were lots). Hannah was particularly helpful and went above and beyond when it seemed like the sale could have easily fallen through. I would definitely recommend their service and use again in the future.

I was looked after by Rehmaan - who despite being a new lettings agent only a few months into his career at KfH in the Hammersmith branch - was knowledgeable, professional and with an excellent grasp of the local rental market and how to meet a tenant's needs. There are lots of lettings agents in London but KfH, with their high quality visuals and professional service, are one of the most trustworthy.
