GoogleThank you to Antony Botha for going above and beyond when trying to find us a rental property in Hammersmith and Fulham. He went out of his way to arrange viewings for us and we really appreciate all of his hard work. Will definitely want his help for any future rental properties. Facebookcompletely agree, they are now trying to hold me to ransom when i'm trying to source and fit heritage double glazing they say i must use their own contractor and supplier, and not an equivalent brand, of course their own supplier is much more expensive than other brand, shame, they could have had nice new windows on outside of block, for now i will not bother , so they are left with the old 1920s crittal ones, and they say its all about aesthetics ! loads of crap, all about using their nominated supplier, avoid kfh like the plague if you can, they are a big corporate rip off, who fleece their clients . shame on them .

Great sales team and Hannah was really impressive at the market appraisal and has very in depth knowledge of her patch and a proven track record. She has been extremely quick to act and they found us a buyer within three weeks of marketing. Highly recommended

GoogleI know letting agencies are notoriously bad - but these guys are the worst ones I have dealt with. It took them 6 months to replace door handles, my roof has been leaking for 5 months causing extremely bad mould and my taps have been leaking for months. No sign of anything being fixed anytime soon. Communication is extremely poor - when they do bother to respond half of the emails don't make sense. They also accused me of not paying rent - even though it was due to their negligence. Would avoid letting from them if possible.

GoogleI recently put my flat up for sale through KFH (having previously found a tenant through them a few years ago). They were efficient and friendly, found lots of viewers and obtained several offers at good prices, although in the end I sold to a friend. I think they were considerate and well organised arranging viewings around my tenant's schedule. I'd happily recommend working with them.
