FacebookI bought my property off Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward (KFH) West Hampstead back in 2003 and they were brilliant to deal with then. Fast forward 18 years and I have just sold the same flat and they were equally fantastic. It was a long arduous process needing a reassuring hand, expert guidance and sometimes a shoulder to cry on which Chloe provide admiralty across the whole period. I could not have asked for anything more. She was fabulous. Supported by David, her manager and the rest of the team at KFH. I could not recommend them highly enough. As they say that form is temporary but class is permanent.

GoogleI organised a viewing for a flat with KFH estate agents and started to have communications with Antony Botha. I had been searching for a flat for a long time and the process was beginning to feel very tiresome. A few hours before the viewing Antony called me just to confirm our viewing which I appreciated as a lot of agents do not courtesy call before a scheduled viewing. He arrived well on time and carried out the viewing in a professional, friendly and lovely manner. He allowed time for me to just look around for myself and was ready to answer any questions I had. I liked his passion and he communicated all that was required and more about the flat. His reliable nature and fast responsiveness moving forward led to the landlord accepting the offer well within 24 hours. He deserves a promotion! GoogleI have bought and sold properties for the last ten years and have never had such a professional agent as KFH Hammersmith. They were unrelenting in their enthusiasm and drive to get me the right buyer at the right price, even in a quite tricky market. The way Hannah the manager then conducted the sale with her professionalism and speed is the best I have ever encountered. Speed and urgency to complete when you are selling is paramount and sadly other agents I have used do not seem to understand this. I will only be using KFH in the future.

FacebookHorrendously incompetent at giving any form of market insight, advice or sale analytics from day 1 and even worse at communicating. Several times it’s been down to chasing that we’ve actually found out they have a viewing supposedly scheduled, to then get attitude from the staff when we can’t do the time they’ve scheduled without confirming it with us. Quite literally the worst experience with regards to communication I’ve ever seen - avoid at all costs and don’t be drawn in by a low ball offer on the commision %!

GoogleHaving had a sale fall through with another agent, KFH in Hammersmith took it on and were fantastic. I was really impressed by the level and regularity of feedback that we got from them on the viewings they were doing which was really detailed and they gave us the bad feedback as well as the good. Then they actually sold our flat for the same price within 3 weeks of the original sale falling through which meant that we could proceed with the purchase of our dream property in France.
