We stumbled upon the KFH Bayswater branch after giving up hope on finding a decent place to live in London having viewed a number of properties with a number of other agencies. I was greeted by Megan Foster, working on the saturday towards the end of her shift. She was so upbeat and her uplifting demeanour instilled some hope that I would find something and that she would do everything she could to ensure it. She lined up a number of properties for me to see which were exquisite!!! Long story short after offers back and forth. She managed to secure a flat that I would not dream of getting without her help. God bless you for this :) Her due dilligence and amicable nature made it a pleasure to deal with her throughout, she is a real asset to her team. I would also like to thank Melodie Nguyen for her patience and politeness throughout the logistics of contracts and moving in process. Sam has been a fantastic help right through viewings and to signing the tenancy. She’s was patient with us when we kept going back and forth on which flat to go for, she did her best to find us exactly what we were looking and the best thing about Sam is she hasn’t gone off the radar now that we’ve paid the deposit and signed the agreement, she’s responsive by email and phone for any last minute queries we’ve had.

I was on the search for an apartment for the longest time, to be exact since September last year. I did not really like any of the apartments that were shown or recommended to me. And in addition to that, many letting agents I was involved with were rather rude and told me that if I wanted something 'nicer and more central' I will need to raise my budget or opt for a lower ground/ground floor apartment which of a dealbreaker for me. It was not until Wednesday January 30th 2019 that a property was listed on Rightmove by KFH. I immediately contacted the person in charge for viewings. Sam Faid Marla has been amazing! She arranged a viewing for the next day 12pm and did not shut me down when asking whether there was room for negotiation in terms of the price but she was open to having a talk with the landlord. She presented the apartment very well and I had no reason to hesitate after such a presentation and moreover the property fitted my exact needs. Upon leaving the property I provided her with my offer and she got back to me in no time informing me about the landlord having agreed to my offer. Within a day, references were being undertaken and as of today I can call myself a tenant of a beautiful home. Very central and at a perfect rent rate at that! I would recommend Sam Faid Marla to anyone who is looking for a property as she is on it! She will provide you with the best options available and ensure that your requirements are met. I will definitely keep her details for future searches and refer her to any of my friends and family.

To be honest how a single person can turn around the customer relationship is incredible?! I met Tom, the Lettings manager at Bayswater KFH for the first time last year after a turbulent 6 months of letting my property (under the previous manager). Tom was very supportive and proactive. He was keen to make it right. In the beginning I had my reservation but Tom was consistent in his approach and delivered on his promises which is in itself rare and refreshing. I have again let my property through him and this time round the process was smooth and stress free. A really good Lettings team. They were very proactive and did a good number of viewings. When an offer came in, the applicants needed to move in with 3 days. The star of the show was Melodie who made this happen. She was in charge of the tenancy agreement exchange and everything else that goes along with it. She was highly organised and remain cool and calm in a high pressure situation. She understood fully all rules and regulations which are constantly changing. Well done to the whole team, especially Melodie.

Tom Foreman-Browne and Melodie Nguyen at KFH Bayswater were fantastic. They found great tenants within weeks and so there were vacant gaps! Very professional and reliable. Keep up the good work! Highly commendable! From the start, Jonathan McCormack has found great tenants from relocating agents. This meant that the tenants were professionals and kept the property in good condition. The current tenants have been on a long least of more than two years. There was also an incident where there was a delay in obtaining a licence to let which meant that we had to postpone the tenants' move in date. Nonetheless, thanks to Jonathan who managed and resolved the situation brilliantly. He is absolutely reliable. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a letting agent.
