Excellent service from these guys on Paul’s team. We had what seemed like a tricky flat to sell in a tumultuous year. Olly got us across the line at a price we were very happy with. Very happy with his negotiation, feedback and problem solving. He went the extra mile in managing of solicitors, as well as myself and our buyer. What could have been a bumpy ride was all smoothed and brought to the close. He did a top job. Best experience I have had locally and Paul manages a great squad. Fully recommend and will use for next sale (or purchase). No games, no over-promising just to get your business. Just straight up. Their coverage sourced plenty of viewings, and they filtered the quality buyers from window shoppers well. They have the most listings locally so can cross-show and match the right buyers for you. Gloucester terrace and around bayswater these are your agents. For this flat we were previously listed with another agent who didn’t show our flat half as much or as well. We should have saved our time and stress and just gone to KFH first. Again great experiences with Paul, Rajan, Kourosh, Max, Taymour, Nicola, Sammie. Sure I’ve forgotten a few. Special shout out for Olly who was straight, reliable, trustworthy and hard working. A credit to the team. Some agents just seem to do showings, get the number and leave the rest to the solicitors but here you defo feel like they’re here to get you to the end, offer fair advice and manage tricky buyers/sellers. I had the pleasure of working with Amera in securing our current flat during the month of November. She was extremely professional and accommodating, especially in light of our specific circumstances (were located outside of the UK, hence doing everything virtually/electronically). She was always prompt to respond to enquires. Once the offer had been accepted, I was handed off to her colleague, Gemma. Gemma was a real rock star, most notability for handling some urgent last minutes items related to the property and landlord, which was essentially for a smooth and safe move-in. We stumbled upon the KFH Bayswater branch after giving up hope on finding a decent place to live in London having viewed a number of properties with a number of other agencies. I was greeted by Megan Foster, working on the saturday towards the end of her shift. She was so upbeat and her uplifting demeanour instilled some hope that I would find something and that she would do everything she could to ensure it. She lined up a number of properties for me to see which were exquisite!!! Long story short after offers back and forth. She managed to secure a flat that I would not dream of getting without her help. Sam has been a fantastic help right through viewings and to signing the tenancy. She’s was patient with us when we kept going back and forth on which flat to go for, she did her best to find us exactly what we were looking and the best thing about Sam is she hasn’t gone off the radar now that we’ve paid the deposit and signed the agreement, she’s responsive by email and phone for any last minute queries we’ve had.

I was on the search for an apartment for the longest time, to be exact since September last year. I did not really like any of the apartments that were shown or recommended to me. And in addition to that, many letting agents I was involved with were rather rude and told me that if I wanted something 'nicer and more central' I will need to raise my budget or opt for a lower ground/ground floor apartment which of a dealbreaker for me. It was not until Wednesday January 30th 2019 that a property was listed on Rightmove by KFH. I immediately contacted the person in charge for viewings. Sam Faid Marla has been amazing! She arranged a viewing for the next day 12pm and did not shut me down when asking whether there was room for negotiation in terms of the price but she was open to having a talk with the landlord. She presented the apartment very well and I had no reason to hesitate after such a presentation and moreover the property fitted my exact needs. Upon leaving the property I provided her with my offer and she got back to me in no time informing me about the landlord having agreed to my offer. Within a day, references were being undertaken and as of today I can call myself a tenant of a beautiful home. Very central and at a perfect rent rate at that! I would recommend Sam Faid Marla to anyone who is looking for a property as she is on it! She will provide you with the best options available and ensure that your requirements are met. I will definitely keep her details for future searches and refer her to any of my friends and family.
