From the very first phone call regarding the flat at Ramsay House until completion, we did not experience a single problem. Elena at KFH was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. My partner and I work long hours which made us pretty difficult to coordinate with, but Elena was incredibly patient with us throughout the entire process. She arranged viewings quickly, working around our schedules, and was always responsive whenever we had questions (which was often!). Her communication was excellent throughout - she kept us updated and made what can be a stressful process feel much more manageable. Elena was an exceptional Client Representative for both myself as a letting Client and on behalf of the landlord Client in a fair and helpful manner. Her enthusiasm, hard work and ability to understand my letting needs resulted in me finding the perfect flat for my needs. Elena is an amazing professional! If you are looking for a flat to rent, you will be lucky if you have her working with you as your letting agent. We spent a week working with Elena, trying to find a flat to rent during a very competitive time of the year for lettings.
