Candy Foy (Sales Assistant Manager) in particular exceeded all expectations of what an estate agent could offer. She has detailed knowledge of the housing market in our local area and sharp instincts about the psychology of potential buyers, both of which proved invaluable. She managed to find me not one, but two buyers both willing to offer the Asking Price, at a time when the national picture for sellers looked pretty gloomy. Utterly efficient, professional, unflappable, and with a great sense of humour, Candy liaised closely with me and the Buyer to ensure everything ran smoothly from start to finish.
