GoogleAmera Almjbarae who works at Bayswater branch as a Senior Lettings Negotiator was one of the successful estate agents I've ever met. She was so organized and very good at listening and understanding our wishes. Thank you very much Amera for your kindness, performance, and attention. I will definitely want to work with you again in the future.

GoogleI've just used them to rent out our flat long term and they've been everything I wanted in an agent. Open, honest, no pressure ever applied, extremely prompt in replying to queries and, when I did give them the go-ahead, they found good long term tenants within a week. Thank you Tom, Amera and Gemma!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleHad great service and managed to get my flat sold in what are tricky times. Thanks to Paul, Mimi and the team at KFH Bayswater. Have a good Christmas!

GooglePurchased a flat through Mimi from the Bayswater office. Mimi, who exudes positivity, went above and beyond to ensure a smooth process and was always available to us, despite her busy schedule. She is informative and her experience was evident from her ability to navigate the many hurdles, usual in a sale process especially during the conveyancing stage. Mimi has stayed in touch post- completion, which shows that she truly cares about her clients.

GooglePlease don’t believe the reviews here, the reviews are all FAKE, they are actually terrible, me and my family have been trying to buy a flat for my sister for over 2 years they ridiculously push you around to pay extra for a flat that isn’t worth more then it’s asking price, the flat has mould in it and broken window. We looked for flats in Hallfield Estate and they’re pretty badly damaged, they lie and trick you, my sister tried to get them to give her evidence that a third party exists which by law she can and he Rajan tried to make it look like she was asking for their personal details. They’re ABSOLUTELY terrible. They lie a lot.

GoogleAwful Made an offer on a house via the online portal. Weeks passed with no response. I called and emailed and got no reply and when I asked to speak to the sales manager I was promised a call back. Weeks have passed and no call. I wouldn’t dream of selling a property with them after this horrendous experience. Avoid

GoogleQuite simply we are so very glad we went with KFH. We had to sell a property in Queensway/Bayswater area during difficult personal circumstances - and dealing with the team there helped a lot as they were alway friendly, helpful and quite simply ‘human’. Fantastically run outfit by Paul Hyman; and our other point of contact Candy had the drive and hunger to get us a decent buyer during quite a difficult market. Really good people.

GoogleMy experience with the agency was great - Rekio was easy to reach and provided me with all the information I needed. And even if he wasn't available, his colleagues were quick to step in and give me a hand. I don't think the process would have gone as swiftly if it wasn't for the agency.

GoogleOverall really good experience! KFH got us an amazing property in record time and against all odds! Nathan our agent was fantastic and managed to pull this deal through, and was a great guy and very helpful. We had some trouble with the move in because of a delay but no major problems occurred. Would definitely use their services again!

GoogleI would like to say that Nishaad from Bayswater branch has been fantastic. So professional and so very helpful - I was very impressed and grateful for the attentiveness and professionalism throughout the process. Even through my tenancy period Nishaad went above and beyond in providing his help and guidance . Highly recommend dealing with him and Bayswater branch.

GoogleOana and Amera have both been amazing to work with. Oana was able to let my property in under 5 days and Amera has been fantastic in assisting with the paperwork to make everything happen on time and without issues! Highly recommended 5 Star team - thank you Team KFH!

GoogleMarlene C. has been great in helping me find a new flat. She quickly understood what I was looking for and showed me options that were a fit. She's friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She's one of those agent you can sense would fight for you to find and get the right place. While I ended up finding a flat through another agency, I highly recommend KFH and Marlene specifically. And I'll surely reach out to her in the future if needed.

GoogleSam was my agent and within 24 hours, she found the most perfect flat for me. I had a very short window to move in because of work. Sam was very professional, friendly and also understood all my needs such as having a lift in the building, a portered block, close to services, amenities and shops.

GoogleVery happy with the service we received from Kassandra at the Bayswater office. Kassandra was very courteous, diligent and thorough and I felt that she genuinely cared about the level of service she provided and that we were happy and well informed throughout. Just wanted to leave that feedback as it is derserving and would recommend her.

GoogleThe review comments below the '===' line were left 3 years ago; after great experience with KFH. I've just re-let the same property 3 years later and had a similarly easy and effective process. The property was let with only a few days void - and importantly for me the Lettings team were responsive and on-it. The lettings manager Ricco Leslie I found particularly great to work with. Whatever the recruitment / development process is with KFH they're doing an excellent job - the Lettings Management guys are straightforward and authentic - easy to deal with; with no flannel or BS! =========================================================== I'm a landlord & have been using letting agencies for the last 15 plus years. I had a recent very positive experience with the Bayswater branch of KFH; they let my property within 1 day of it being on the market & it had scaffolding outside so was not an easy let. But - more importantly throughout the whole process - there were delays dues to repairs ongoing in the property - the Manager (Tom Foreman Browne) & his team were just great - easy going & relaxed; sound un-pushy advice & efficient - easiest experience I've had to date.

GoogleWe have been renting our flat with KFH for a few years now and have always been very satisfied with the quality of the service and the people working there. A special mention to Ricco Leslie for his great job this year
