If I've had any questions, I've been able to pick up the phone and call her for swift answers. Her honesty and humour have been a huge help along the way. I'd absolutely recommend her and KFH.

KFH differ to others in their attention to detail and selecting properties which met my criteria. Throughout the sale they were iemediate, professional and helpful with their communications. Additionally the team are really knowledgeable and where they don't know the answers to questions or queries they will get back to you right away. GoogleI had a great expereince with KFH while selling my house in Putney. Terry was especially helpful, although the whole team worked well together to help me during the whole process. I ended up moving out of the country just as I listed the house so it was very important that I had an agent that took an active role in the process and kept me informed along the way. I highly recommend KFH and especially the team in Putney!

GoogleWe sold our property through KFH at a particularly difficult time (lockdown) but they found a buyer quickly and then helped us to move the process along. We worked with Siobhan and Sally who were both excellent - Siobhan was really dedicated to making the sale, finding a suitable buyer and getting the offer agreed and Sally then also helped us through the ongoing communications up to exchange and completion. They listened to several phone calls from us and were always patient and helpful. Would recommend!

We dealt with Amber from start to finish who made it as stress free and as easy as possible for us. Amber showed us round a better selection of properties than any other estate agent in the area and had great knowledge of all the properties and the local area we were looking to move to. Any issues or questions we had were very quickly dealt with and resolved by Amber who kept us fully informed and in the loop with everything that was going on with the flat throughout the entire moving in process. GoogleThis agency is just amazing! Guys if you are looking for a flat to rent/buy, KFH is THE agency you have to contact. I called them one morning and reached Amber who was willing to show me a flat, 3 hrs after I saw the flat, straight away I made an offer and 2hrs after the offer has been accepted. During all the process from the viewing to the signature of the agreement Amber has been just exceptional. Really lovely, professional, helpful and available. GoogleBuying a home is meant to be a rollercoaster, but since my wife took the lead in working with Henrietta and Josh at KFH, and I didn’t hear a single complaint or panic along the way, I knew things must’ve been running unusually smoothly. They were friendly, responsive, and refreshingly drama-free throughout the whole process. If all estate agents were this easy to work with, the property world would be a much calmer place. 5 stars guys!

GoogleWe had a great experience with KFH Putney and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a rental apartment in the very competitive London market! We worked with Jay Aoun, who was able to take our spec and find us an apartment which ticked all the boxes! The offer and subsequent background check process was slick and efficient, and the KFH online portal is easy to use and stores all the important documents in one place. Jay thanks again for all your patience, for taking the time to allow us access to the property again to get measurements and for working with the landlord to get us moved in as quickly as possible!
