GoogleSiobhan was responsive and professional throughout our sale of our property. Despite both the buyers and our solicitors having difficulty communicating Siobhan was great throughout and helped us push the sale through. If it wasn't for Siobhan I believe we'd still be waiting another month. We had Sally support us for a few days Siobhan was off and had a great experience with her too. GoogleHave rented a place through KFH and had excellent start from beginning to end. Dealt with Farhana on the phone and she organised my viewing. Joe showed me around and the viewing was great! I then called to secure the room and neither Joe or Farhana were available! Luckily Jay was there and took my payment to secure the flat before it went! Great experience and thorough team! Will be dealing with them all again next time i am looking to move!

GoogleMy partner and I had a fantastic experience with KFH Putney. We were shown some seriously amazing properties and would have been happy with any of them, but were especially lucky with our current flat. The entire process is incredibly well organised and the team are all very good at what they do. A very big, and especially appreciative shout out to Jay who we cannot say enough good things about! Amazing to work with, very easy to talk to and all in all the best letting agent we've met to date! Thanks ever so much Jay :)

GoogleFrom the moment I walked in the KFH door Amber has been the most attentive and helpful point of contact. She asked questions and really looked to understand what we needed in terms of a rental property. She took our feedback well and genuinely cared rather than just going in for a hard sell. The entire process has been pretty seamless and she even gave up a Monday evening to carry out a second visit and 'meet the landlord' opportunity which I'm sure lands outside of her job description. Overall it has been a superb experience.

GoogleSally and the team at KFH have been absolutely fantastic in both the sale of my flat and the onward purchase of our new property also marketed through KFH. I cannot rate them all highly enough. I had previously listed my flat for sale with another Putney agent at a marginally lower fee; after not seeing the desired results the agent put pressure on me to accept an offer at a much lower valuation than what I believed the property was worth. Rather than give in to that pressure, I handed the sale over to Sally and her team and that turned out to be a great decision. They achieved a sales price 10s of thousands higher than what the other agent had told me I should accept and in line with what I felt was the fair value. I also felt the difference in service immediately with weekly update calls about my sale forthcoming every week, without me having to touch base first. The communication was all very efficient and we were up and running very quickly after my notice with the other agent finished. I also saw the benefit of having the market leader marketing my property - my eventual buyer was registered from Fulham and had requested to see another property in East Putney; we managed to piggy back a viewing off the back of that and that’s how we got our sale! Regarding the onward purchase, we have had to contend with a pretty shoddy legal team on the sellers side. Without the interjection and HUGE effort put in by Sally, John, Grant and the team im pretty sure we’d not have made it to exchange; to say they went above and beyond is a massive understatement. The work rate put into my purchase is a prime example of ‘you get what you pay for’ and sometimes it is absolutely worth paying that little bit extra, to get those better results.

Our letting agent, Joe Holgate, was especially helpful and really put a lot of time and thought into our search - nothing was too much trouble for Joe. He was the only agent we had any dealings with that really listened to and understood what it was that we were looking for, and ensured that we found it even with a tight deadline. Thanks Joe!

GoogleThe horrendous part of your life finding your first flat in London was brightened up by a lovely northern guy called Joe. He showed us 3 flats that all met what we we're looking for and in our price range, we actually ended up moving into a flat we didn't want to view but was recommended by him. Was really in our corner when it came to negotiations with the landlord and waited well past closing for me to drop documents off. Great guy, great estate agents, and now a great flat.

GoogleMy wife and I have had the pleasure of working with KFH both in the purchase and recent sale of our flat some 7 years later. In both situations they have been extrememly helpful, diligent, friendly and genuinely felt like they were "on our side". Our recent sale has been somewhat trying, and there is no doubt in my mind, that without Grant's efforts especially, we would still be trying to exchange. I have been extremely impressed with the cohesion of the team within the office - everyone seems to be right up to speed with the progress of the sale and can lean in when necessary, even if the main point of contact is engaged with another client. I cannot praise the team enough, a fantastic service, going well above and beyond the call of duty! Thanks to Sally and Daniel, but especially Grant, great stuff. Well done KFH, a massive thanks from my wife and I.

GoogleGreat service from Joe! He helped end our house hunting nightmare by showing us three perfect properties well within the budget and location we were looking in! He also helped in all negotiations with the Landlord, as you might expect but not all Estate agents are there for tenants, they mostly work for the Landlords. We had a great experience and I would highly recommend Joe in particular. He listens well and is great at responding. We're now settled in our flat and very happy!

GoogleSally and her team did a great job selling our flat in Putney. It had already been on the market a long time when they got it and her advice was strong enough to make us see sense. Once we had people biting, KFH were very good at getting the best price for us and creating competition when the first buyer failed to perform. We had constant contact with them through the sale and they were able to reassure and calm a very impatient buyer. Would happily use again - worth paying more for a better service and achieving a better price in the end.

My boyfriend and I were on completely different schedules so Joe would have to meet us separately for viewings, normally including last thing in the evening for me. He was patient (we were very indecisive!) and always seemed ahead of the game. We were the first to see many properties because Joe was so on the ball, which in London is such an advantage. Joe has been amazing with so much knowledge and understanding of the area and my requirements. He has been a brilliant voice of reason to my fussy demands and has been very professional throughout whilst still providing a personal touch. I would highly recommended as he is truly the best in the South West!

GoogleWe have had the best experience with Henrietta from the Putney Hill office who guided us through the process of buying our first flat. When we ran into issues with our conveyancers (nothing to do with KFH!) Henrietta not only made sure to support us but went out of her way to keep pushing the conveyancers. Aside from that she stayed in touch with us throughout and kept us updated at every stage. The process could really not have been better and we would thoroughly recommend KFH Putney Hill (and Henrietta in particular!).

GoogleWe had a challenging circumstances last year to find a rental property. We only had two weeks to find a place. KFH putney was our saviour. Many thanks to Joe Holgate from putney office. He was extremely helpful right from the viewing stage and all the way through until the completion. He is positive, energetic and has a great communication skill. Whenever we had a question to ask and regardless whether it was over the weekend or late in the evening he would always come back to you and would try to assist you. Needless to say we are now very pleased with our new place!
