GoogleWe have just completed on the purchase of a flat, on which KFH Putney branch acted as agent. The transaction was very smooth and efficient meaning that we were able to exchange within 8 weeks of having our offer accepted. We would highly recommend the KFH team who went out of their way to keep the transaction moving quickly and smoothly. We'd like to give a particular thanks to Alex Singh who was clear, efficient and generally a pleasure to deal with throughout the transaction.

GoogleI had a three-bed flat in Manor Fields, Putney, which I gave to KFH (as a dual-agency appointment) to sell...which in this climate isn't necessarily so simple! especially as the annual service charge is quite hefty and there were a few other flats also available....but they did the job sucessfully, at a final price that I was happy with...so well done to Alex and his team. Their star offering though was that offer a range of solicitors to undertake the conveyancing at a fixed fee and on a "no-sale-no-fee" basis...Excellent!

GoogleAs a group of 3 girls with many landlords wanting families, we were really struggling to find a suitable rental, until we met Frankie from KFH. Frankie was so helpful and her communication was excellent. She constantly informed us when new flats came available and was always quick to ensure we could see them ASAP. In the end we found our dream flat and we couldn’t have done that without Frankie. Thanks Frankie, you’re an asset to KFH!

GoogleMy experience with Farhana from the KFH Putney branch was amazing. She was friendly and approachable from the day we met her. She was efficient and had excellent attention to detail. She was always helpful, supportive and wouldn’t be afraid to go the extra mile for us. She would send photos and videos of our desired home. She really took all the stress away from moving home! My partner and I are students therefore we had extra stress and anxiety looking for a flat in London however Vanessa was really helpful, patient and kind. She managed to take us through this difficult process and secure us a flat in a wonderful area which we absolutely love! Amber was my agent from this company and i couldn't speak highly enough of how great she was. She didn't just deliver, she supported me personally and made me feel like she really cared, wanted to help. GoogleKinleigh have been my letting agents for years. They are terribly efficient. Farhanah is really active and energetic, finding me tenants immediately so I have very few vacancies. As a landlord that is essential. She is so sweet; always enthusing when she has found the tenants. Which is as it should be. Rohan is most helpful. Whenever I have a query he takes the time to clarify and give me good advice. He keeps me up-to-date with the latest regulations, etc. which is so essential nowadays. Knows his job. I would certainly recommend this team for their efficiency and good nature. Nice people to work with.
