GoogleHenrietta was fantastic from the moment we viewed our first property to the day she handed us the keys to our first home. After showing us around some properties, she kept in contact throughout the process and made us feel comfortable when negotiating with the sellers. Once accepted, she was on hand to push our solicitors along to meet our deadline. Would recommend her services to anyone looking to buy (especially their first home!)

GoogleThe KFH team in Putney were professional, friendly and efficient at selling my flat. When problems in the process arose, they told it to me straight and offered solutions. They responded to my emails and calls quickly, when I was concerned about the selling process, even when Alex was on holiday (sorry again). I would go to KFH again when I want to sell my house in the future.

GoogleI was in the process of looking for a flat to rent for a couple of months and had not found anything suitable in that time, whilst also having some negative experiences with other agencies. After contacting KFH, Farhana was incredibly helpful in sending multiple suitable options before we eventually made an offer which was accepted quickly. With Farhana and the KFH team the process was quick and easy, I would recommend to anyone!

GoogleI sold my house with the KFH Putney Hill branch, Alex and the team were brilliant from day one, prior to signing up we had discussions about the sale value and were very clear on what it had to sell for. They listed the property over a few months organised circa 30 viewings, through multiple branches. Despite receiving initial low ball offers KFH insisted it was on for the correct price and rather than pressuring us to reduce the price for a quick sale, they told us to hold strong and wait for the right buyer. This was great advice and we managed to sell for the desired price and I would happily use them again.

GoogleAfter a terrible experience with another agent in the area KFH were really good for my sale. I had to take a price cut but that was driven by market conditions and particulars of the flat. John and Alex were great at staying in touch through the process, unlike the other agent who didn't even seem to know who I was when I came to collect the keys after I dispensed with their services! They also provided sensible support when the buyer was delaying and raising unrealistic requests Thanks KFH putney.

Just when things looked shaky and our deal seemed about to fall apart, they stepped in, saving the deal and making sure everything went smoothly. Vanessa was very helpful and clearly communicated with me about what the next steps were. I was able to find my next apartment in a few days. I have had a great relationship with Vanessa, and I could always call her with any questions. As my partner was not in the UK yet, Vanessa’s communication and kindness was very appreciated! GoogleAlex, Hulda, Grant & John were fantastic to work with when we recently sold our Putney flat. We spoke to all the local agents and we were delighted with our eventual choice. Hulda & Grant we’re excellent during the initial process, showing incredible flexibility and patience as they helped us navigate the process. Alex was fantastic during the sales cycle, negotiation and helping us move to completion. Again the patience on display was phenomenal as we had a lot of questions. Alex also helped us by giving us guidance with our onwards purchase and getting our details to other KFH offices to aid our house search. KFH will be our first call if & when we ever look to move again.

She would send videos/photos of houses which could be of interest (before they officially went on the market!) and was always at the end of the phone for any queries we had and was 100% transparent and honest with us which we really appreciated. The rental market is crazy right now so really appreciate having the support from someone who really invested time into our property search. Definitely recommend KFH!!
