Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward Sales London reviews

Absolute Properties are one of Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward's approved contractors who work directly with the property management team as well as the front office team at KFH Putney, we would not hesitate in giving them our highest recommendation. The jobs are handled with the highest professionalism, and without any hassle or disappointment the team are always at hand to assist. In our experience of being in the industry for many years, you rarely find an agency who works truly hard for all involved; landlords, tenants & contractors to ensure a smooth and quick transition for all parties, especially on the more complicated move ins and move outs. KFH work with integrity and kindness. We would like to make a special mention to Joe Holgate, who has stood out to us as one of the hardest working, caring individuals we have dealt with.

Having been renting for the last 7 years, I found KFH and in particular Joe Holgate to be the best agent that I have used. From day one, booking the viewing, to securing and moving in, Joe has been brilliant helping with even the menial tasks, going above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth and easy transition between properties. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Joe, and also the back office team, at KFH. Joe will certainly be my first call if and when i next move, he probably shouldn't have found me such a great place!

We have had the best experience with Henrietta from the Putney Hill office who guided us through the process of buying our first flat. When we ran into issues with our conveyancers (nothing to do with KFH!) Henrietta not only made sure to support us but went out of her way to keep pushing the conveyancers. Aside from that she stayed in touch with us throughout and kept us updated at every stage. The process could really not have been better and we would thoroughly recommend KFH Putney Hill (and Henrietta in particular!).

We were helped by John Hollywood at the Putney branch. From the get go he was very friendly and helpful and we were able to get hold of him easily when we had a question. Our case was fairly complicated and frustrating but his calm demeanour made us feel at ease and helped keep our stress levels low. We will certainly call on him again when we are ready to buy our second property.

My experience with Frankie from KFH Putney has been such a pleasure! She is extremely responsive, clear with her instructions and checks in with us frequently. I would definitely recommend Frankie to anyone looking for a lettings agent in Putney.

Recently rented a property through KFH. Joe Holgate assisted with the let and provided a phenomenal service. He found me the perfect flat for my budget, far exceeding a lot of flats I have seen. He was also very attentive during the offer process and subsequent move in. The few hiccups I had he resolved very quickly. Very satisfied tenant so far and would highly recommend Joe !PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

KFH Putney has been very helpful towards the end of our tenancy. The whole team from the beginning provided useful advice and support for the period we stayed in the Flat. I can gladly say that the whole process has smooth and fuss free. Thanks Roman, Charlotte, Jay, Steven and specially Roman.

We spent a number of weeks trying to find a suitable property. Farhana at KFH in Putney was able to locate something that perfectly fit our needs and wants. She did not try to get us into something 'similar' as so many agents have tried. She was courteous professional and extremely helpful through the entire process. A credit to herself and KFH!

Our experience with KFH Putney can only be described as seamless. We initially contacted them for a valuation given that we heard their fees were reasonable but after meeting Alex and hearing him talk through the process/recommended valuation/timescales etc, we knew we wanted to appoint KFH for more than just their reasonable fee. The process from the day our photos were taken to an agreed sale was exactly 2 weeks with viewings conveniently grouped into 5 days. Communication from all agents involved in the process was really good (Henrietta, Hannah, John, Jason and Giulia) - they always answered the phone and were flexible with re-arranging viewings when needed. The sale is yet to complete so fingers crossed it all goes through but we have been very impressed in their work thus far!

Management of Rented Flat very Poor. No clear ownership and accountability., Poor communication. Defensive on complaints or just don't respond. Sales and lettings arm is very good but Management of Lettings is poor. Would not recommend.

We had a brilliant experience selling our property with the whole team with special thanks to Sally and John Hollywood. It was a tough time to sell a property during the pandemic but Sally and team kept us updated with regular contact which was a real help. Our only regret is to not have gone first with them as we wasted time with another agent before using KFH.

What a great experience my sister and I have had with KFH. Vanessa was really attentive to our needs and requirements and always responsive which can be rare in the real estate industry. Would definitely recommend Vanessa to anyone who’s looking for a professional, polite, efficient and reliable agent.

Henrietta from Putney KFH was very effective in finding a buyer for our apartment, she was amazing with keeping the communications flowing between all parties . The process took longer than one would have hoped (which was in no way down to KFH), but both Henrietta and Alex supported us throughout the whole process and offered us extra help when things got complicated. An efficient, friendly and helpful service all round.

After struggling to find a property in the Putney area with different estate agents I reached out to KFH. Rohan and his team were able to find exactly what I was looking for straight away whilst providing a great customer service and relieving all the stress.
