GoogleThank you Joe for landing us the flat of our dreams! He has been professional, genuine and hardworking throughout the house hunting process. He has had the patience of a saint whilst tirelessly managing the expectations of 3 slightly high maintenance females! We have now moved into our flat and couldn't be happier. I would not hesitate to recommend Joe to anyone.

GoogleVery helpful and knowledgable! I had the pleasure of working with Marlie who was extremely professional and had fantastic information about the property. While this wasn't the best property for us, Marlie was extremely flexible and worked hard to help us in our search. Highly recommended. In fact, every person we dealt with (John and Sally too) was great.

GoogleI've let my property out for the last 2 years with KFH. On both occasions they have found me really reliable tenants who have really looked after my flat. Whilst I had a variable experience initially with KFH, Rohan made sure the issues were resolved quickly and has also been very helpful whilst I have been an overseas landlord.

GoogleMy boyfriend and I had been terribly let down by another letting agent and since the moment we spoke to Farhana at KFH, she's been amazing! She helped us find the most beautiful place, in a really short time frame and has been the biggest help throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend KFH and Farhana!

GoogleI recently had the pleasure of renting out my property through Kinleigh, Folkhard and Hayward, and I must say that the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. The credit for this seamless process goes to the lovely Francesca, whose dedication and expertise made all the difference. From the very beginning, Francesca displayed a remarkable level of professionalism and knowledge about the rental market. She carefully assessed my property's unique features and positioned it attractively to potential tenants. Her guidance on how to enhance the property's appeal was invaluable, and I truly believe that her insights played a significant role in securing a tenant quickly.

Our case has been very hard, finding a new place from overseas, and negotiating up until the last minute with the landlord, but they have been really trying to help us and make sure all parties are equally represented. 100% recommended!
