GoogleI have been renting my London apartment with KFH Putney Hill since 2019 and have had nothing but positive experiences so far. Rohan, Farhana, and the entire team are very friendly and responsive. They have found me several reliable tenants and are always available for questions. All in all, I can highly recommend them as they are efficient, competent, and always a pleasure to deal with.

GoogleI’d like to thank Marley for her expertise, professionalism and kindness when helping us find a new home. She is down to earth and allows you to view the properties with ease and in a relaxed manner. Her knowledge was extremely helpful. Can’t thank her enough. Would definitely recommend her for future viewings.

GoogleI did a viewing at 4 Shelburne Court Carlton Drive Putney on Oct 21, 2022 in the afternoon and submitted my offer in the evening (within the deadline agreed by the agent). I called the agent next morning but was told that the landlord accepted an offer from someone else and the deposit was paid. Finally, I understood that the agent didn't read through my email to see that I did make a very precise offer with price / tenancy duration / break clause / etc (she thought I did not offer a price...) So because of the agent, my offer was just not seen by the landlord... Sounds crazy but that's what happened to me...

He has been so quick, efficient and transparent when answering my multiple queries and always gets it right when it comes down to my quite ‘specific’ property requirements. GoogleAlex, Henrietta and John have done a fantastic job getting my property to an offer stage. They have been an absolute pleasure to deal with and have delivered on everything they said they would to this point. If the sale completes at the price it currently is under offer at, I will be delighted and they will deserve all the credit. Thank you!

GoogleRohan and Francesca did an excellent job on a rather complicated case in which we, at that time potential tenants, were not in the UK. They provided us with an online service for remote viewing of the property and communication on all issues, helped us find solutions to our difficult issues, and as a result, we became tenants of the house we were interested in. Thanks guys! Very happy to work with you!
