GoogleI recently completed a purchase of a 1 bedroom flat in Putney with Siobhan. As a first time homebuyer, the process can be very overwhelming, coupled with so many stories of poor quality estate agents. Siohban completely shredded this concern and went above and beyond in helping me complete this transaction. She was extremely responsive, and always following up to confirm the transaction was moving forward. I was very much impressed by how KFH Putney worked as a team; it provided such a continuity of service and I always felt attended. I highly recommend this team and Siobhan for any real estate transaction.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe worked with Daniel Sweeney for over six months and throughout that time he was professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. Every property we viewed with him was within budget and matched our criteria. Happy to say, we purchased our first home through him and KFH.

GoogleThe KFH team provided a first class service throughout my purchase right way back when I first started looking at opportunities. Terry Ellingham in particular was extremely professional and helpful. He took the time to understand my requirement, came up with ideas on how to find the property right for me and identified my, now, new home. The purchase process took some time and had some minor challenges but Terry remained engaged throughout to ensure a successful conclusion. I would highly recommend using Terry and The KFH Putney teamPositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI was looking for tenants for my house. I found the team very helpful, Rohan the manager is very amenable and Joe Holgate found me very good tenants. They acted extremely quickly and professionally. I was very fortunate to have several people interested and they were able to narrow the applicants down and select appropriate ones to choose from. Communication was clear throughout and they were very helpful in explaining the different stages. It all went very smoothly and tenants have moved in. Hopefully they have also had a good experience...

GoogleI recently rented a property using Joe Holgate as my agent. It was our first property and so meant a lot to us, Joe was brilliant, from finding a property far above anything else we'd seen to guiding us through the process. I would highly recommend!

GoogleMy partner and I have had a great experience with the branch and the help of lovely Vanessa! She has been very responsive, kind and helpful at guiding us through the process of finding a flat and applying! The paperwork and checklist of things can do can be overwhelming but Vanessa had listed everything and made it so easy. Highly recommend this branch for great properties and service!
