GoogleI have had a very good experience with KFH Putney Branch (Alex, John & Colleagues) selling a property in a challenging market. Key to successful dealings with KFH was demonstrated knowldege of the local property and open discussion at key stages. Also appreciated advice regarding next steps for renting. GoogleI have just exchanged on the sale of my flat and the purchase of a house, both through KFH. Everyone told me I must be mad trying to do both at once, particularly in a pandemic! On the contrary, it has been an enjoyable experience, primarily due to KFH. John shortlisted some houses for me, listening to what I really wanted and only showing me relevant houses. Siobhan and Terry sourced viewers and Siobhan secured an offer in a short timeframe. Sally handled the initial flat valuation and then the ensuing negotiations and processes leading up to exchange. I felt very reassured by having the KFH team. Frequent communication, transparency and advice throughout the process, and all with a very friendly approach. Sally, Siobhan, and team were very courteous and patient with us every step of the way. We had a tight deadline to make for the stamp duty holiday, and they pushed hard to ensure that happened, keeping us well informed as things progressed further along the chain, ensuring we weren’t being kept in limbo. We just exchanged and can’t wait to move into our new home. GoogleMe and my partner just moved into a flat thru KFH. We were attended by Amber, who showed us the property the same day we called them. She is very nice, patient and gave us enough time and space to roam the flat at our own pace. We wanted to move homes as soon as possible; our viewing was on a tuesday and we moved in next saturday, in record time! KFH is a very efficient letting agency, they have the disposition to do all the paperwork straight away, without time-wasting and always vigilant of clients communications. Finally, the last flat we rented was with KFH as well. In that occasion we're attended by Joe, a very nice guy. GoogleAmazing service from Farhana in lettings, we had been searching with other agents for 6 weeks during the Covid period with no luck, and she secured us our place within the same day of contacting her. She had a good working knowledge of the property and the landlords preferences, and remained super responsive throughout the whole process which put our minds at rest. GoogleDont think anyone understands the importance of customer care as the staff of KFH Putney. Our main point of contact at the branch has been Marlie who is not only friendly and accomodating but also extremely efficient and well informed. Her dealing with us has been personal yet professional and she has always represented herself and her efforts collectively as a part of the KFH Putney Sales team. Her manager Sally and John have been extremely attentive, polite and courteous in their communication and it has been an absolute pleasure working with them.
