GoogleAbsolute waste of time from lettings, Frankie. They will play you off other candidates until they have the best offer, delay you for a week and then say sorry the landlord is now interviewing 2 more candidates.

GoogleGreat personal service from John. He couldn’t do enough to help answer the most trivial questions and was so helpful arranging the important small things such as carpet cleaning. He managed very smooth liaison between us and the vendors, chivvied solicitors so that in the end our move was relatively painless. GoogleJay added a personal touch in assisting us securing out new rental which we really appreciated. Flexible with timing and allowed us to view the property a second time just to familiarise ourselves with the space. I would suggest the company review the Reference checking process. You get a lot of emails which can be at times hard to track.

GoogleHaving had negative experiences with agencies in the past, Joe managed to win us over by actually listening to our needs, and adapting his approach as we went along. This helped us to develop a much broader understanding of our own needs and limitations. We would certainly go back to him in the future, which is not something we have said before.
