Currently almost in our new home thanks to the lovely Joe who has persevered & remained patient & humerous whilst we juggled our ‘expectations’ verses our ‘reality’ in trying to find our new home in the heart of the very expensive Putney! Simply the best estate agents in London. I have used, for various reason, pretty much every estate agents in London and no one comes close to KFH in Putney Hill and Lower Richmond Road. I worked closely with Reece, Grant and Sally and built a close relationship with them all and I found them professional, friendly and completely motivated at all times. I had on average 3 viewings per week on my sale and achieved a swift exchange and completion. I will never use another agent again. KFH for life!

Very bad experience I have got as a potential tenant. I have made an offer along with other interested tenants to rent a property and paid one week holding deposit. Due a change of my personal circumstances I have withdrawn my offer and requested the refund of the deposit I had paid 48 hours ag which has been denied. IOt is a shame a company like KFH rip peoples money in that way. Terrible and unfair service.

As a landlord, I switched to KFH upon the end of a previous tenancy with a different agency as I wasn't happy with their service. KFH, and in particular, Joe Holegate, provided a slick service from start to finish. Nothing was to much trouble. His knowledge of the current local market conditions helped us secure new, desirable tenants quickly. Their on-line package for completing all the associated documentation is easy to follow and easy to use. Combine this with the excellent property maintenance team and you won't find a better letting agent for your property.

Just wanted to leave a quick review to share my experiences with KFH. As an former agent myself, I have very high (perhaps unfairly so) standards when it comes to agents. I found Joe Holgate to be better than any other agent that I dealt with., polite, well presented and most importantly, only showed us properties that were relevant, demonstrating that he actually listened to our brief and had a genuine interest in finding us what we wanted unfortunately i wasn't able to find through him this time but I would certainly call upon his expertise next time around.

After not having a very good experience with our previous estate agents at the Earls Court branch, we were reluctant to trust KFH again... *advice to others if an estate agent says something over the phone ALWAYS GET IT IN WRITING, no matter what it is !!! However Joe at the Putney branch looked after us and on our first viewing we were shown our dream/ ideal place. Joe had actually listened to everything we asked for and showed us realistic places for our budget. He was kind, attentive and a joy to be around.
