GoogleLast year when I let the property for the first time, I was a very anxious and confused “newbie”, but Will and the team guided me through with humour and expertise. I dropped in to the office frequently for chats, reassurance and generally cheering up. So this year, when I had to find new tenants, I knew everything would go smoothly and that the burden would be taken off my shoulders by the team. Not for nothing are so many of them MARLA! As a landlord, I thoroughly recommend kfh letting department - they are worth every penny!

GoogleOver the past week or so I have visited countless estate agents in Clapham South, Balham, Tooting Bec and Tooting. I have viewed numerous properties and met quite a number of estate agents. In the end I found a place advertised online direct by the landlord that was perfect for me without fees BUT of all the estate agents I met Abs Odukoya was by a mile the best agent. He was extremely professional, polite, courteous and made me feel that he was doing his best to help me find a place. He took me on a number of viewings and tried very hard to match the properties to my needs. I will recommend and KFH to anyone and everyone I meet who needs help with property related matters. If I need estate agent services again he is the first person I will go to, cannot recommend the guy highly enough. 5 stars!

GoogleWe signed up to loads of Estate Agents recently when we were moving to Balham. KFH were by far the best on all fronts. Their staff(We dealt with Jack) are super friendly and more than happy to help you with anything you need. We were only shown places that matched our criteria and budget, no time was wasted. While this shouldn't need to be a selling point for estate agents, others we had signed up for showed us places that knew was outside of what we were asking for. We needed referral letters to get off street parking sorted and they were more than happy to do this free of charge - not very common for other agents. Use KFH before any others in the Balham area.

GoogleI have been a lettings and management client of KFH for four years and have found the experience, on the whole, very satisfactory. Lettings has been particularly impressive. Led by Will, processes have always been smooth and suitable tenants found promptly. Management is now very much acceptable, although in previous years (and hence 4 not 5 stars) has left us slightly frustrated by the number of people involved, and failure for simple tasks to be accomplished as agreed. All now seems resolved, and would happily recommend to other existing and potential landlords.

Luke and his colleagues went above and beyond to ensure we could move in exactly when we wanted and have always been on hand with any queries we've had throughout the process and this support has continued after we've moved in. Very impressed with this company and would definitely look to buy/rent with them again in the future once we leave this property. GoogleI moved to Balham 5 years ago and purchased my first property along with my partner through KFH. Paul and his team are very different from most London estate agents and take the time to understand what exactly you are looking for ensuring that they do not waste anyone's time showing you "just what they have on the books". The whole buying process was smooth and the level of service exceptional and this is why 3 years later when we were ready to up-size Paul was the only person we want to call to help us to sell our property on. Once again their level of understanding of the local market, our property and also prospective buyers had us more than one offer on the table in no time and two very happy customers. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul and his team to anyone (and frequently do to anyone I know looking to buy or sell) and when the time comes to move again, Paul will be the 1st person I call!

GoogleWe have just sold and bought through KFH and the whole process has been well co-ordinated, professionally driven and personally handled. We are returning customers as we bought and sold through the Balham branch 11 years ago and yet again they came up trumps in record time! I couldn't recommend their services highly enough and in particular Poppy Carnegie-Peake, who was a hive of positive, professional energy throughout the process! Also, their recommended solicitor was excellent and we felt extremely reassured in her hands at every stage. All in all, an excellent, seamless service and a very happy customer. Would definitely use KFH again next time! Thank you.

GoogleWhen we decided we wanted to buy in Balham/Clapham we listed with almost every agency in the area. The team at KFH were professional and courteous. Liz Fara was one of the few agents who actually listened and seemed to understand what we were looking for. She was a pleasure to deal with. After finding something we liked the sale took an extraordinarily long time to go through - 11+ months between first agreeing the sale and completion - however Paul Herring (manager) worked really hard to get it over the line. He was then incredibly supportive between exchange and completion - going above and beyond to help with our proposed building works. Amazing service, we would definitely recommend.

They sold my flat very quickly at a good price and Paul's team have done a fantastic job, especially Tristan, in helping to keep the sale moving despite a number of issues that occurred during the sale. I would highly recommend them.
