GoogleIna was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, and we certainly wouldn't have got to exchange so quickly (if at all) without all of her help! What made her stand out even more, was the fact that she was willing to take time after hours to accommodate our tight working schedule, which is a rarity. She was always punctual, flexible, and helpful in all ways - we couldn't recommend enough.

On our first viewing with KFH, Ben showed us a great place which have subsequently had an offer accepted on. GoogleKevin has been fantastic as our mortgage advisor. He managed to get us a great mortgage deal in a very though period during this pandemic. Being first time buyers he was very helpful with explaining how everything works, he is very friendly and very quick with his responses. We are now in our new house :) We would definitely recommend him!

GoogleAs first-time landlords the lettings team at Balham have been fantastic. We were immediately impressed by Will, he clearly knows the local market and has a genuine enthusiasm for what he does. Jack was also great at guiding us through everything and ensuring all ran smoothly. Ultimately I don’t believe we would have rented our property out so quickly and at the asking price with any other agent.

GoogleKFH were very professional, responsive and helpful throughout the process. We dealt with Alice who was patient with us, but also knew when to follow up and chase when things started to slow down. I tried to buy a property with two other agencies previously and this was by far the best experience.
