GoogleThe person booking appointments for viewings was rude and blunt, gave a 10 mins slot with others attending to view the property. Agent was late, which gave time for us to all chat about her poor this looks on them. Upon arrival the guy did not explain anything about the property, and all parties looked disappointed. A rookie display in comparison to positive experiences with the two other estate agents in the area on Saturday. If you're looking to sell with these guys don't bother, as at no point was there an attempt to sell to us. Nice flat, poor experience.

GoogleWe just moved into a rental property that was listed with KFH. Annabel was incredibly helpful throughout. She was quick to respond and always understanding and patient when we had questions. There was a little bit of miscommunication between which agent and branch of KFH we were dealing with but this was cleared up quickly and apologised for. Overall the process was incredibly slick, hassle-free and (surprisingly!) friendly and human.

I viewed multiple properties starting in Summer 2024 with KFH with Joel & Isabelle, both were very patient & engaging.
The property I eventually purchased, Alice was the main KFH agent, and I couldn't recommend Alice highly enough. Very genuine, straight talking and again patient as there were numerous obstacles to navigate with the purchase.

GoogleKFH were very easy to work with when they represented the seller of what would be our first home in 2020. They felt trustworthy and responsive when we were purchasing and that is the experience we wanted a prospective buyer to have when we decided to sell.
When it came time to move on, we did look into several agents but did not feel the same level of ease that we did with KFH. Ultimately KFH secured us several strong offers and we successfully sold within a quick timeframe.
Alice was fabulous when she was dealing with us as first time buyers several years ago as well as when we began the sale process this year. Isabella became our primary agent when we sold, and she was incredibly efficient and pleasant to work with; she undoubtedly kept the sale details on track. I'd recommend them both highly - and KFH Balham if you're considering selling your property.

GoogleI honestly don't think the sale of our flat in Balham would have gone through with the endless patience and support of Joel and the team. Right from the beginning they gave a more realistic valuation and were relentless, in a difficult market, to keep the viewings up to eventually secure a great offer. Various complications with the lease and a slow buyers' solicitor meant it took almost 9 months to get to exchange but here we are finally today, done and dusted. Only Joel could have kept the buyer on onboard throughout and prevented the sale from collapsing.
