GoogleWe purchased a flat through Setfords last month and they were great. We dealt with Isabella who was always quick with providing updates to us and dealing with everything swiftly. Our viewings were conducted by Isabella and Joel who are both assets to the KFH team. Would highly recommend!

GoogleGreat work again from the KFH team who sold 2 units for us. Isabelle Roochove has been fantastic with Flat 1, managing our sale with a challenging timeline and chain buyers to co-ordinate. Very responsive and proactive - an excellent sales agent. Joel Phelps managed to secure a great cash buyer for us quickly after the previous sale fell through. This was a time of increased pressure and frustration for us, however Joel was calm throughout and progressed the sale very effectively. He communicated to all parties throughout and was a pleasure to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him - 5 Stars again.

GoogleLeigh and Alice were absolutely amazing during the sale of my parents property. From the first contact I had with Leigh I knew they were the right Agents to go with. Leigh had excellent knowledge of the local area, both current and historical and he knew the market like the back of hand. Alice was instrumental in keeping us updated and dealing with issues as they came up along the journey. Both are ardent professionals and have an actual passion for the role they perform as well as being experienced in the minefield of property sales. They were always available on the phone when needed and were quick to respond to emails when needed as well. KFH did not just sell the property for us, they showed the buyers the true potential of the property and thus making our dream and the buyers come true. I did advise KFH this, but feel the need to call it out again. I had such a great experience from start to finish, I genuinely wish I had more properties to sell, purely for the journey and the interaction. Will recommend and choose KFH all the time going forward. Thanks you again for a fabulous experience and service!

She kept me updated in the process and was very responsive to my queries. I've now successfully had an offer accepted on one of the properties and would definitely use Alice again in the future/refer her to friends and family. It took a long time to sell our previous place and there was many an occasion where it looked like we would lose the dream place. Heather was fabulous as well - we were always kept up to date with progress and she was particularly helpful with the valuation side. She was incredibly responsive, always helpful, and her friendly demeanor put me at ease throughout the entire process. She was genuinely invested and her honesty made me feel confident in my decision. It was clear that she truly cared and didn't see me as just another commission. I highly recommend her and KFH for anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free rental experience!

GoogleAt the beginning, Joel was reactive, but he became more pushy the minute my offer got accepted. We agreed that the lease extension was on its way (in February) … I went on holiday and the whole week the guy did not stop pushing for me to get a lawyer. He recommended the agency’s lawyer and said that the purchase will go off if I do not have a lawyer by the end of the week. He said that the other party is more than ready and that they have a London lawyer, as KFH advised, and they are ready to close the deal. He insisted that I should take the lawyer that the agency advised. After looking at the KFH agency for lawyers rating in Google reviews, I saw that the agency acts like a broker for the lawyers, once they give you one, if she/he is not responsive, the fault is yours and the agency does not get involved anymore… I did my research and looked for my own lawyer. I choose one that has very good ratings for this kind of deal, but the criticism from Joel did not wait: “why did you take a lawyer outside of London?”/ “why did you not choose one of our lawyers? They are more prepared”/ “I looked into the Google rating for the lawyer you picked [4.5 against the agencies 3 points] and they are not good”. I just ignored his comments as I wanted to proceed with the transaction. Everyone told me that this can take up to 3 months to complete. After a month and half, I enquired Joel to know what the situation was. It turned out the other party did not have a lawyer; they were still finding one… After 2 months, stuff started to move a bit, but again stopped, why? My lawyer found out that the other party had only just started the negotiation for the lease extension at the end of May (it was supposed to start in February), so until that is done the sale is on hold… Time went by and my mortgage offer was getting to an end, good old Joel got back to his pushy techniques, blaming my solicitor for everything. After 10 months waiting, finally we got to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Of course, Joel was not going to take responsibility for the agreement I did with him as before putting my offer- he said to me that everything that I see in the apartment is mine if I proposed a certain amount of money, but at the end that was not true and the seller wanted back some stuff. As always, Joel did not take responsibility for what he said with the excuse that he sells properties and not furniture, and talked again of his years of experience as a house seller and in other words I should just go cry to the river… Not the best experience buying a new home.

GoogleKevin Hurley has been brilliant throughout the whole mortgage process. Even when our first property fell through, he was very efficient in helping us find a mortgage for a second property, which took a lot of pressure off. Kevin was available (even at weekends and on his holiday!!) when we needed to chat to him and discuss options which was above and beyond helpful. We are very grateful and will continue to use him in the future and would 100% recommend.

Kevin was available every time we needed to talk to him and discuss options. Kevin took pressure away from us and at all times listened to what we wanted at all times. GooglePaul, the manager, and other team members failed to manage our expectations at every level. It began when we challenged the suggested asking price which we thought it was far too high. They insisted it was right, if not a bit low. We explained that the last thing we wanted was to put it on for too much, get excited, then have to come down in price and be disappointed. They said the market in Balham was awesome and talked of sealed bids and we should probably push for even more. We pressed the point but they insisted they had buyers waiting in the wings. After hardly any viewings and a failure of all these buyers to materialise they suggested we drop the price by £30k exactly the scenario we had said we wanted to avoid at outset, then tried to blame us! They managed to hit pretty much every negative cliche you can attribute to Estate agents. We changed to Purple Bricks, saved 5k in fees and sold to the FIRST person who viewed. My suggestion is you avoid KFH.

GoogleWe recently dealt with Ben Watts to secure a short- term let in Balham. He was efficient, friendly and straightforward to work with. I called Ben while travelling in Germany to explain our situation and he promptly arranged for us to view the property remotely that same afternoon. We made an offer which was accepted and paperwork signed within a few days. Ben was committed to making a deal that would work for us, and we also felt that he was thorough and upfront in ensuring we were across all of the required detail. It was refreshing that Ben and the KFL team were able to provide solutions for us in such a timely manner. We’ll be hoping they can assist us again as a first-choice for our next move. Thanks Ben!
