GoogleWe bought our property with the help of Joel and he couldn’t have been more helpful and informative. Joel was incredible communicative and helped us to chase everything so we could meet our exchange and completion dates. When we come to sell our flat, we will definitely be going back to KFH, we couldn’t have had a better experience. Thank you Joel :-)

GoogleI have never purchased a flat so I was in need of a knowledageble place to help me through the process and that was what I was able to find at KFH Balham. It was a smooth process and the people were lovely and helpful. Amaan was the person I was in contact with in regard to the property and he was very friendly and was able to answer any queries I had throughout. I would highly recommend KFH Balham to everyone I know and I will be doing so.

GoogleWe just completed the sale of our two bedroom flat with KFH, and had a very good experience, particularly as we were selling whilst being overseas. The majority of our contact was through Josh, who was excellent throughout the process. We got quick responses from him, he was proactive and was consistently across all of the details at all stages. Brilliant dealing with him. Also we want to thank Alice, who like Josh, was professional and thorough. Leigh, who we initially liaised with in the early stage of choosing KFH as our selling agent was also fantastic. He was confident of selling the property, had an extensive knowledge of the area & property type, and he gave us realistic expectations. He’d clearly done significant research before our first call, unlike other estate agents. The sale went through quickly (by UK standards) - all up it took 3 months and 1 week from the date of accepting the offer to the date of completion of the sale. In summary we were delighted with the service from KFH, and would recommend them to anyone selling property in the Balham and surrounding area.

GoogleOverall great purchase experience with my agent Josh! I initially shortlisted a few properties to view with KFH which we did, but Josh also suggested to view another flat that actually ended up being the one I bought... so shout out to Josh for going out of his way and being spot on in understanding his customers' needs and taste ;) he was also very helpful throughout the whole conveyancing process. This was my first property and with me being a bit confused at times, he never failed to reassure me and clarify all the steps along the way. Five stars for sure!

GoogleWe are extremely pleased with KFH’s service and assistance with renting our new house. Amaan was our agent and has been very attentive and helpful from start to finish. The process ran very smoothly and Amaan kept us posted and aware of the next steps at all times. Always polite and responsive, he has kindly assisted us with scheduling extra flat visits before moving in so we could take some measurements to buy new furniture for the property. We moved in yesterday and are very happy at the new house!

GoogleWe have recently been through a selling and buying process with KFH Balham. We started working with KFH from a selling perspective, after an underwhelming experience with another agent. We had a much better experience with KFH. From a selling perspective, we worked with Josh - we really appreciated his help and support to navigate the sales process in a complex market. I always found Josh and the rest of the team to be professional, proactive, with effective communication throughout. We worked with Will on the purchase process and again only have good things to say after our experience. I would certainly recommend the team at KFH Balham.

Re the sale - Leigh, Josh and the team were very professional throughout the process - going beyond their duty to us and helping to unblock the process right across the sale chain - would highly recommend. Re broking: Kevin has helped arrange two mortgages for us. Both times he was extremely helpful in guiding us through each stage of the process and worked hard to get the best deal for us. Would recommend.

GoogleI had a wonderful experience at KFH Balham and was looked after by Amaan who helped find a lovely flat for us. He was very attentive and supportive throughout the whole process from our initial interaction with him. He sent us properties within our search radius and budget the moment it went onto the market, showed us around, answered our questions and kept us informed throughout. He went above and beyond by arranging for us to re-visit the property for measurements after our offer went through. The whole process was also seamless post offer with referencing checks being complete within 24 hours! I highly recommend them especially Amaan!

GoogleWill at KFH Balham has stayed in touch with me over 15 years for both sales and letting. Within days of marketing my rental flat, I had 28 viewings and 6 offers. Ben Watts was really impressive and found a choice of ideal tenants for me at the right price and able to move in within the week of going on the market. Communication was good and given the speed of turnaround their system really worked. Ben was flexible and very helpful to me in getting it all organised in time. I highly recommend them.

Our agent, Isabella, was extremely helpful showing us 4/5 different properties in one go to help us see the range in the market to inform our offer potential. Upon having an offer accepted, she regularly kept us informed of developments and guided us through the process. She was particularly helpful in brokering an agreement to resolve some damp issues, which was a huge help and sped exchange along. Would recommend KFH and Isabella to first time buyers!

We visited the KFH Clapham office, although they didn't have apartments suitable for us, Ms. Florence was very helpful and suggested us to visit the KFH Balham office. Mr. Ben Watts of the KFH Balham office was very helpful in finding an apartment. He answered almost all of our questions by email or phone. We are grateful to him for this.
