GoogleExtremely disappointed with this letting agency. It has been over 8 weeks since we moved out, and we are still waiting on the return of our security deposit. Despite multiple follow-ups, they’ve shown zero urgency, offered no clear communication, and taken no meaningful action to help us get our money back.
We’ve been passed from one person to another with no accountability or resolution. It feels like once we were no longer tenants, they completely washed their hands of us. This level of neglect and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. Would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for a trustworthy or responsive team to rent through.

GoogleWe recently closed a transaction through KFH Balham with Salomon Ducos. Salomon is a true professional and acted as a great intermediary between ourselves and the seller.
Although we have experienced agents who seem to only act for one party, Salomon represented us as the buyer with conviction and helped us through the process without the feeling of harrasment one can often get with property purchases.
I would recommend Salomon, and not hesitate in working with him in the future.

GoogleCouldn't recommended KFH more. Off the back of a short 10 mintue phone call with Ben, he was able to provide two next day vieweings on properties which ticked off all my criteria points. Ben was quickly able to assist on questions I had regarding the properties and also had incredible knwoledge of the lcoal area. He also gave us some really sound valuable advice and direction throughout the process, aligning his expertise to our needs. Upon having an offer accepeted, Ben frequently supported me out-of-hours to ensure everything was in place for a seamless experience. His communciation and professianlism throughout was superb, i'd strongly recommend asking for Ben if you are lookign for a property!
