GoogleExcellent service in selling our two bed apartment in Balham has been provided by Josh Collins. We found him to be knowledgeable, up to date with appropriate facts, charming to deal with, and perhaps most importantly, able to push and nudge all parties along when required. In turn, he seems to be very well supported by the company. We strongly recommend KFH.

From being called by Ben to having a contract signed up including all the reference checks, elec and gas safety and multiple backwards and forward with the landlord was less than 24hours!! My experience of agents in London has been mixed, but these guys have a great system and they are very efficient and honest. Thanks Ben, great work!

GoogleWhat can I say. Will and the team were incredible. Not only did Will help massively with the sale but also gave lots of advice about the onward chain he had nothing to do with. When my buyer pulled out they were on hand for the fastest turnaround and got a new buyer in place over a weekend. I would highly recommend the team at KFH Balham. 5 gold stars.

GoogleI had initially marketed with another agent before switching to KFH and that change could not have been a better decision. Unlike most other agents in the area they just did not hound me to sign up with them. They gladly and patiently showed me properties that I could buy, really understood my requirements & budget and didn’t just drag me to see things I wouldn't like or couldn’t afford. When I was ready to make that move, the team secured a buyer within a few weeks while at the same time, finding my perfect onward home. Much thanks to Leigh and his whole team; Ina who first persuaded me to walk in the door and her unfailing friendly smile, Louis and Stephen for getting so many potential buyers through the door and special thanks to Ed for negotiating both sale and purchase in what was at times a tricksy little chain to steer. I would happily engage the KFH Balham team again - professionalism and unfailing good humour go a long way!

Even though we didn't manage to find something with Jenelle at the end, she was always on the ball contacting us with updates and new options - trying her best to make something work for us. GoogleWe have had extensive experience in working with KFH in Balham. They sold our flat - a process led by Ed Hocken, who did an excellent job. We also found our new house, a rental, through Abs Odukoya who, we thought, was exceptional. Good estate agents are quite rare - perhaps especially so in the lettings market, but Abs and team were fantastic. Organised, diligent and always patient and good humored. I highly recommend him and KFH in general.

He was very informative and friendly during the viewings and then throughout the process was great at chasing up various solicitors and the seller to expedite the process! He showed us a property we had enquired about from searching online and then, when that wasn’t right for us, he went out of his way to show us around properties that weren’t even local to him and kept us well informed of new properties and assisted us any way he could. Couldn’t have asked for a more helpful agent when looking for a property. We ended up going with a different property in the end but even then Alex was wishing us well and offering to be of help if we had any questions. Exceptional service.

GoogleMy wife and I had just arrived in the UK and registered with KFH in Balham to find a property for rent. We were lucky enough to meet one of the branches senior lettings negotiators Abs Odukoya. Abs listened to our requirements and recommended two properties which he showed us. Unfortunately we have since found a property with another agency but I wanted to commend the professionalism and conduct of Abs. Thank you Abs for your assistance in our house hunt.

GoogleIna Betsi and Leigh Munday did an excellent job in the sale of our flat in Balham. It was a very tricky time for flat sales and Leigh and Ina were very proactive in keeping viewings coming in and eventually finding the right buyer. They kept us up to date with activity and provided useful advice on the process. The flat was also managed by KFH Balham while it was rented and Will Brindley and team did a great job of managing the letting. Very pleased.

GoogleFor a while, we looked for our new home as we moved to London very recently. I wanted to give this review as compliments to Abs in KFH Balham office because out of maybe 50 agents we met, he definitely stood out. We dealt with a lot of agents during our flat hunting period, and frankly most of them do not even listen to you, they just push their portfolio on you to make a sale regardless of what you are looking for. Abs, listened to us, gave extensive information as we were new to the British rental market and processes, overall he made a really good impression on us that he is an agent we could trust, unlike many others. If you are looking for an apartment in Belham, Abs is our definite recommend!
