GoogleTop notch agents. Particular thanks to Lewis B, who accompanied us on a 6 month journey looking to buy in the area and put a lot of time and effort in during that period. Very knowledgeable and made the process easy for first time buyers. We had a few disappointments along the way, but KFH certainly can't be faulted in the way they handled things. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again for buying or selling.

GoogleI've recently dealt with Abs @ KFH Balham and was incredibly impressed with the level of service he provided. Friendly, great knowledge of the local and surrounding areas and always on hand to answer any questions i had. I have always been apprehensive when dealing with estate agents but dealing with Abs was a smooth and easy experience and i would definitely recommend him to any one looking for properties in the area. 10/10 !!!

GoogleWe purchased a house through KFH with our estate agent Joel. It wasn't the easiest sale due to multiple hold ups on the seller's side which were outside of everyone's control. Joel did a fantastic job of relationship managing all of the stakeholders involved and did everything he could to progress the sale as quickly as possible. He was very responsive to emails and calls and was honest about the status of the transaction so that we could try and manage our life around it as best as possible. We definitely wouldn't have got the house if it wasnt for Joel's perseverence. Thank you very much!
