GoogleAlthough in the end we didn't buy our next property with KFH, Danni at Kfh Catford was fantastic. She kept us updated with the latest properties, offered advice and really listened to what we were looking for. She kept in touch, responding quickly to emails and organising viewings promptly. Danni was always on time and very knowledgeable, no questions were left unanswered. We wish Danni all the best in the future. Thanks again for all your help.

GoogleOmar has been taking out a very fussy, indecisive couple ( that’s us lol) he’s been very patient, supportive with a very high standard of professionalism and further more he hasn’t given up on us. We would recommend Omar to anyone whose looking for a place, as we are sure he would be fully dedicated to helping you achieve your desires.

GoogleA little slow initially in securing viewings but found us the right buyer in the end and the service throughout the process from offer to completion was incredibly good. We really felt like our sale representative was on our side and living and breathing the process with us. He was brilliant at chasing the other parties (in the main without any prompting) and kept us informed throughout. He really was excellent. Thank you Michael!

GoogleAchieved the asking price for selling our home in less than 2 weeks when all the other agencies were quoting far lower... Some. Up to £60K below. These guys talk a good game and they delivered. Slight hiccup with communication meant that we were not informed when the completion date was until we asked. Still, we were impressed by how quickly the legal process passed through. Thank you Catford Team.

GoogleI've been really impressed by Seyi, the estate agent who dealt with our case. He was very pro-active and friendly. He really understood our needs and wasn't trying to push us to rent anything. He always worked the extra mile in order to match the move in date and it was really a pleasure to deal with KFH in general. I really recommend this agency, thanks Seyi. Keep up the excellent work!!!
