GoogleI have just completed on my property in Elfrida Crescent. I must say the service received by Lauren at KFH Catford was outstanding. She regularly kept me informed and updated throughout the sale and went above and beyond to sale the property. Even in her absence her manager Ronke was extremely efficient. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to sell in the Se6 postcode to use KFH!

Keith managed to secure a buyer in excess of the asking price and the sale went though in less than four weeks from start to finish. I would thoroughly recommend Keith's no-nonsense, deliver what he promises approach to anyone looking to sell in Catford.

GoogleThe Estate agents and our Landlady withheld some important information about the house we moved into regarding the neighbours and the noise they make. When I came for a viewing the both commented about how "quiet" the house was. We were deliberately misinformed so that we would agree to move into the property. They will be incredibly charming just to make sure they get you to sign the dotted line.
