GoogleVery happy to recommend KFH Catford, as Alex and Marcus were extremely professional. Even when uncontrollable things went awry or obstacles appeared they tried their best to fix before we even knew. Always calm and never pushy. Alex even called out of hours to keep things moving.

GoogleWe spent yesterday afternoon viewing properties with Luke Hepworth. When I contacted him, he was very helpful and kindly organised several properties for us to look at in the area we were interested in. He is the first estate agent to deal with us proactively. We were really impressed with his organisation of the whole thing. He had all the details of each property and organised a very logical route. He was also kind and helpful which was very nice to see. He dealt with us and the sellers in a very friendly manner. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and and went above and beyond for us. Although for various reasons none of the properties were suitable for us we were really impressed by his enthusiasm for his job. If I was selling a property I would definitely want Luke to market it.

GoogleIn AWE of Tate I can honestly say given the current difficult selling climate. We literally wouldn’t have sold had it not been for Tate. The journey was torturous! Her cool headed step-by-step determined negotiations, being able to deftly manage all parties concerned knowing who to chase and when to chase them, kept the process moving along. Her real world experience and pragmatic approach totally saved the day when it came to managing the other side’s expectations which were often quite unrealistic. What can I say, you couldn’t have a better advocate working on your behalf. Always cheery and focussing on the positive is quite something. Couldn’t recommend her more highly.
