Gabriel at KFH Catford is a superstar! The best advice I ever got about buying and selling was to do both through the same agent. We found a beautiful house in Catford that I fell in love with immediately and tasked KFH with selling our house through the Brockley branch and helping us to buy the new one. They delivered! Within a week and a half we were under offer and had our offer accepted on our new place. Gabriel was amazing throughout, he was supportive, knowledgable and a great communicator. He completely saved the day when our sale was about to fall through. His experience helped us to find a work around and he supported his colleague in Brockley to ensure that the sale, and therefore the purchase could go ahead. We are super grateful to Gabe and the whole team at KFH (we also took advantage of mortgage brokering and conveyancing services) and recommend them highly.

Ramsay and his team were brilliant in dealing with our sale and onward purchase. Big shout out to Hugo who excelled in dealing with what was a long and complicated chain, always managing to remain calm and polite throughout the process. His determination and perseverance, despite all odds, is highly commendable, always keeping us in the loop and updating us regularly. Hubby and I were extremely impressed with the level of service Ramsay and Hugo provided (and including Deondre who always jumped in to support in their absence) and would categorically recommend their services to anyone! I really can't overstate how happy we are with the service we received from Hugo, Ruchelle, Ramsay and the rest of the sales team at KFH Catford. When a house that ticked all of our boxes became available, they went above and beyond to let us view it - despite the fact that our flat wasn’t even on the market yet! Because of their care and professionalism at the outset, we decided to sell through them and within a week, our offer was accepted on the house and some lovely buyers had been found for our flat (before it had even been added it to Rightmove, I might add!) They progressed the sale of our leasehold flat and our onward purchase really efficiently, leading to a completion within 10 weeks. All in all, the process was very smooth and hassle-free which we were super appreciative of. Thanks so much!
