Mylles Simon was very helpful until they take your money, I had the worse experience ever, they will visit the house with you, after pay deposit everything will change. I paid the holding deposit, after that payment I was transferred into a new page of a company per name Homelet, they will start your references been really invasive, I’ve sent everything that was asked, I was renting with more 2 co-tenants they couldn’t even finished they application, I received a call from Homelet selling me a insurance for the house that I applied with KHF, the insurance was settled into my debit automatic, straight I asked Mylles if my application was done because Homelet had already done a insurance for the new house under my name, I also contacted Mylles because one of the pages wasn’t working properly for one of my co-tenants, he said I could go to the office with the documents that he could help her, after 2 hours I received a email from Mylles Simon saying that Homelet couldn’t 100% confirm my application, application that my co-tenant couldn’t finish. This email was saying also that my deposit couldn’t be refunded and any explanation could be given by them, also a email address was provided that if you try any contact they will never answer you, same happens when you try contacting KHF Catford no one will answer you, taking 600 hundred pounds of me, ignoring my emails and seeing every single message I I’ve written emails, text messages but was ignored, I called Homelet and they said my application wasn’t finished only mine was done but still was waiting for co-tenants documents, also they said they don’t discharge any application that application after finished should the send to KHF and they decide to decline or accept contradicting what I was informed in the email received by Mylles, in which he states that the company Homelet had said that my references were complete by my side but still pending from my co-tenants so it shouldn’t be declined before final application of all the parties, also the house in question was never taken off the market and I was informed by home let that might the house had been taken for another person, so how someone else can take a house that I gave holding deposit? At the end no one gave me any information, I know my rights and citizen advice are here to help. Many bad reviews are made from both companies, at the end they blame which others. Just don’t trust. They are together doing that with honesty people.

I had an excellent experience with KFH, primarily due to Lettings Negotiator, Ezekiel. I had been experiencing difficulties in securely a suitable property for a while and was losing hope, but Ezekiel quickly changed that for me.
