From the very first email to the follow up calls and the viewing itself, Ezekiel stood out form other real estate agents I've dealt with. He took a bespoke approach-everything felt tailored to me personally, not just another route viewing. He was attentive, professional and throughout the process. GoogleI had an excellent experience with KFH, primarily due to Lettings Negotiator, Ezekiel. I had been experiencing difficulties in securely a suitable property for a while and was losing hope, but Ezekiel quickly changed that for me. He is an excellent communicator; Ezekiel provided me with regular updates as well as being an effective conduit between myself and the landlord. Based on my experience with Ezekiel (an honorary mention to his manager also), I would highly recommend this service.

From the word go Tiffany has been extremely professional and very communicative. Not been IT savvy Tiffany was patient enough to guide me through a document that I could understand. Tiffany has restored my confidence in English organisations.
