GoogleI can only award a flawless five stars for the outstanding service I received from one of the agents based at the Catford KFH branch, who went above and beyond to ensure that my purchase completed. Amid multiple mitigating circumstances, Alex H's diligence and intervention was invaluable, and was the only bright spark in what was a horrendous property transaction experience. I was not a KFH client, just a purchaser; nonetheless Alex worked harder than I've ever witnessed on both my and his client's behalf. Thanks to Alex, I have a more positive view of estate agents, and of KFH more generally, having had negative experiences in the past.

GoogleI was always doubtful about ever letting my flat but since I registered with KFH its been very straightforward thanks to Tiffany at the Catford branch. From the word go Tiffany has been extremely professional and very communicative. Not been IT savvy Tiffany was patient enough to guide me through a document that I could understand. Tiffany has restored my confidence in English organisations.

It was a long search for our client relocating from the US, but KFH found the perfect property and Dev has responded to and answered every email and question thrown at him (mainly by myself as the relocation agent). All actions have been dealt with efficiently and quickly - thank you for making this an easy relationship between agent and a relocating client.

GoogleHad two viewings with Myles Simon: while the first one wasn't right, he came back unprompted with a second place that was perfect. Polite, effective, knowledgeable; the whole package. Whole agency has very good approach with prospective tenants in a market where they are often seen as a product and not a customer. Good work!

GoogleOmar is an amazing agent and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately the property we viewed wasn’t quite what we were looking for but we are hopeful we can find something. The customer service we received was second to none and made the process less intimidating. Omar was very transparent throughout the whole process and did a great job managing expectations too. 10/10, would recommend!

GoogleLooking for a new home is stressful enough, but then a spoke to Devonte from the Catford office he in my mind went above and beyond. sent me new properties and made videos as I did not live at the time in London. He is a true agent kept in touch and on point in communication skills :) made my experience with him a delight and all the staff that I spoke to were super helpful. Victoria

Each time I have found them extremely helpful and they have always exceeded my expectations. Particular big thanks to Omar who secured 2 of the last 3 properties for me, he is an absolute professional and all round great guy.

GoogleI highly recommend Luke H at the Catford office. He listened carefully to my requirements and made every effort to try to find me the perfect property. He was professional, highly competent and approachable and had a keen understanding of both the local area and the movements of the property market. I'd definitely approach him again for future purchases.

GoogleKFH and especially Luke Hepworth were absolutely brilliant in our sale. They got us a fast sale at a great price. But most of all they were super diligent at following through the entire process to completion - explaining process and issues, chasing lawyers and agents up and down the chain, keeping the process running smoothly and problem solving as we went. GoogleI have been dealing with Marcus for years and he has never failed to impress. However, having used KFH for the first time, every single individual I came to speak to throughout the sales process was absolutely brilliant. The constant positivity and consistency was unparalleled and I will forever be greatful for all the hard work and effort they all put in, especially Marcus. My case was not easy but they treated every matter with such professionalism that it took away so much of the stress from me! I will always recommend them, thank you again to them all!!

GoogleI have to give a massive shout-out and big thank you to Omar McLeary-Stephens at the Catford Branch. He has provided excellent support and guidance for me and my family, as well as explaining company procedures in a straight-forward and honest manner during the uncertainty that often arises whilst trying to sell your own property. I would most definitely recommend KFH - the staff are amazing!! Update: Now we have finally completed our lettings process and reflecting on the whole experience I would (again), like to shout out and give a massive thank you to Omar at the Catford branch. He truly goes above and beyond for his clients and is an absolute credit to KFH. A quick note to the powers above…can I just say that whatever his current salary is, you are not paying him enough! Not only is he straight and honest with you, but he will also explain each step and process in a clear and concise manner, without all the usual jargon from lettings agents which can often be confusing. If I know of anyone else in need of a lettings agent when moving, I can say hand on heart that Omar delivers! If I could, I'd give him 1000+ stars!

GoogleI never imagined I'd give a 5* Google review to an estate agents 🤣, but my experience with KFH in Catford, and particularly with Omar in the Lettings team, was just so great that I had to! Omar is honestly the best estate agent I've ever worked with. Very highly recommended. In the past, I've found looking for a new place to rent to be a pretty stressful, dehumanising experience. Omar showed that this doesn't need to be the case. He listened carefully to what we needed and went above and beyond to show us round the flat we were interested in at times which were convenient for us. He was efficient and reliable, always staying in touch and responding quickly to emails. He also felt very human and personable to chat to - I felt like he actually cared that we found the right place for us (unlike many other estate agents I've worked with!) His friendliness and openness meant it was easy to build an honest rapport with him - and this made the whole process a very positive experience. We decided not to move in the end, but if I'm ever looking again, I'll definitely go to Omar first... and I'll be recommending him to friends and family. Thanks so much Omar!
