GoogleWe had a number of viewings with Sarah, she was always very attentive and thoughtful. She took us to some houses multiple times so that we could be sure. Since we found the house we wanted, she's been very involved and helpful through the process, always getting back to us quickly, and getting us everything we need. I would definitely use KFH again.

GoogleWe were looking for a house for 6 months and of all the estate agents we came across, Millie was by far the best. She's kind, funny and really does seem to care about finding the right match for people and their new homes. Buying a house is stressful, but it was nice to have Millie helping us through along the way. Luke also showed us around a few houses too and he's a good lad.

GoogleMillie was the negotiator for the sale of my flat and was so great throughout. She was always on hand if I needed anything and worked really hard to get viewings, resulting in a sale. She was friendly and professional and I would recommend to anyone that you use her for your property sale! Alex and Tate were also always on hand for advice and assistance as well. My experience overall with KFH was very positive!

They managed to organize the view in 20 minutes after my first call! Leah showed us the house, she was very nice and welcoming. Our experience with them was exceptional.

GoogleI want to express my gratitude to Amy Dembele of KFH for the outstanding service she provided during my recent move. Amy is highly skilled, and ensured that I got a very nice accommodation for my family. She listened attentively as I explained what I expected from my preferred property and would promptly send me new houses on the market before they appear anywhere. Amy has a very warm smile and is always optimistic. I remember when the landlord at Stanstead road property decided to go with another tenant I felt terribly sad but Amy listened to me as expressed my pain, she encouraged me and she promised she will ensure to follow up on my search. At some point, I lost faith in most estate agents because of their terrible approach to feedback but that was never the case with Amy, if she tells you "leave that with me" then please do because she will come thru. Amy is always enthusiastic and happy and she would always smile at the end of each call as she says ".....okay Esther speak soon" that statement always made me smile and reassures me that I have someone helping me, that I'm not alone and that she will call me again. Her attention to details is also commendable, she was kind throughout, she communicated openly and was very swift in her responses, she was always available and communicated how each part of the whole process would move forward. Amy never got tired of answering my questions, she answered all my questions with in-depth explanations, ensuring I fully understood what I was doing and why it was necessary and her patient approach, made this otherwise stressful event a smooth and successful process which allowed us to get exactly what we wanted. I also want to thank the team at KFH Catford, your services exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Amy Dembele of KFH services to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy estate agent. Thank you Amy, thank you KFH!!!

GoogleVery good experience with the Blackheath branch, Especially from the lettings side. Sam and Kelly did an amazing job finding us the perfect house and negotiating on our behalf. Everything was done smoothly and promptly. Most importantly for me was the fact that u could have direct communication with them for updates at any time. Overall I’m very happy with the quality of service provided, the customer service and the determination of the team to get us what we need in a timely manner. Absolutely would recommend to everyone!
