I have to say mine and my mothers property search and moving experience with KFH has been an amazing one!! Our property advisor Seyi went above and beyond for us to find our perfect place, it wasn’t an easy jounrey with most of the properties becoming of the market but he never gave up and still strived to finally find us our home which we finally did! Just want to say a massive thank you to Lauren, Michael and Ronke for all their hard work getting us across the line. It was a long bumpy winding road but we got there in the end. We truly felt that the KFH team were on our side and working hard for us right from the start. From taking over the sale for us they booked in nearly three times the amount of viewings the previous agent had in half the time and really were there for us as the market twisted and turned and circumstances beyond our control rose up to hallenge us. I must say that my experience with KFH Catford has been one of the best of my renting life to date; Clement would have to be the proverbial 'man of the match' as he kept in contact with me after searching elsewhere hooked me back in and made sure I had seen what is now our home which is perfect for us. The rest of the team were great too and showed nothing but professionalism and friendly demeanor through out the entire process and were more than patient when we hit a couple of bumps on the road. The two KFH - Catford agents Keith and Erik were very professional when they assessed my home for marketing. They ensured that the property was marketed to existing and new clients at every opportunity. Keith eventually took over the main selling and negotiations and I must confess, that he has been the best agent that I have dealt with. He is polite, calm, positive and very proactive, reassuring me during what became a very stressful and long drawn out process during the marketing, finding a buyer and the exchange of contracts. Keith maintained regular contact with me, the buyers and both solicitors in the chain. His commitment to the sale of my property was second to none. I have used KFH for many years and I have dealt with Ronke previously who is now a Branch Manager.
