Ordinarily I'm quite weary of estate agents, I've had a few bad experiences in the past where the sales agents have very poor customer service. KFH do not operate in this way. When I reached out to KFH to help me find my next property, I spoke with Fola who was extremely professional and polite in outlining my requirements and budget. Despite the market being in a slight downturn, she gave me plenty of options and even helped me to think outside of the box in identifiyng my next home. She provided me with a unique tailored service, that left me feeling incredibly reassured and well informed. Fola and the team were also very knowledgeable on the area , which was incredibly useful as I'm not all that familiar with London, she gave me lots of background information and history of the towns I was considering. All in all it was a really smooth and professional process, I will certainly be using again! Highly recommended. Thank you Fola for all your help!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

My sister had her property on with this branch and I must admit they really impressed me. As the point of contact I mostly dealt with Natalie who always had useful information, frequent feedback and the new strategies to let the house. Shirin was also as helpful, providing us with contractors and all the required documents needed. I sometimes observed the viewings conducted by Samuel and Marina which were extensively better than the previous agents we have used. They had a lot of local knowledge and used tailored tactics to demonstrate the practicality of the property to each person viewing the property. They did manage to find her the right tenants however she had to rent it to a friend. I will say that in the future if myself or my family have a property to let, we will definitely use Natalie and the KFH catford team. I would give them more stars if I could!!

Alex was our agent and found us some great places in Catford when we were a little down coming to terms with the fact that Peckham was no longer in our budget. His local knowledge and thorough rundown of all the options made it easier for us get to know the area and come to love it, and eventually buy there. Throughout the purchasing process he made everything run smoothly between all three parties and really went the extra mile on the follow-ups. Highly recommended!
