We have had a very positive experience with KFH Blackheath, and I think this is really down to exceptional team members, such as Lynne, who is communicative and proactive. Sheβs really led this process, often managing multiple groups (including agents from other properties in the chain), and Iβm unsure our purchase would have happened at this speed without her. Another factor which helped was that she was our main point of contact throughout the entire purchase cycle, unlike some other agents where files are passed on to sales progressors which can create risk.

GoogleDisappointing and inept. When I moved into my unfurnished flat, there were still two rooms full of abandoned furniture from the last tenant. The agent hadnβt even checked. They set up my Thames water account at the personal address of the landlord, who didnβt forward any of the bills, so I almost got a credit rating downgrade. And the cleaning they organised before the tenancy wasnβt actually clean. My oven broke and they just passed it on to the landlord and didnβt check whether heβd sorted it out (three months later, he hasnβt).

GoogleFirst Time Renting and Via Agency! Great Experience with the Staff. Straight Forward and to the point. It's been 2 months since I moved in and loving it so far. Exceptional Service from the front office lettings, Myles for setting up the viewing arrangements and Christopher showing me the property, great teamwork and coordination. Furthermore, the coordinator I dealt with Jasmine helped out with all the bank payments set up / tenancy documents and explained clearly on the process during pre-tenancy. In-addition, When I had an issue with the property, the property manager I dealt with, Ramandeep was quick to arrange a contractor and resolve the situation. Additionally, he also helped advising myself with regards to the utilities setup which was very helpful from him. So can't fault the service at all.
Only could fault the Check in time/date wasn't met but that's because the Landlord was let down by the contractors.
