As tenants leaving a property, we only have positive things to say about our experience with Kfh and in particular Shelley Matczak. Shelley was very sensitive to the fact that we were in lockdown with kids who were trying to homeschool and had nowhere else to go, and arranged any viewings etc. around our schedule which we truly appreciate! She really went above and beyond at every step and kept us updated on everything even after we moved out which she didn’t have to do- making what could have been quite a stressful situation into a much easier one. Recently,  me and my partner decided to move to a  beautiful Blackhearth area. KFH agency were presenting a landlord for one of the properties we liked. Shelley J is the one who showed us the flat and we fell in love with it. Presentation is one of the most important parts in this process and Shelley did it at the highest level! By far the best agents I’ve dealt with, I’ve been working with Shelley Matczak Marla and her team for years and they are amazing! Always on hand to give great property and letting advice, quick to respond and they really know there stuff! There have been a number of times when they went over and above to provide help and support. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. I was once scared of estate agents, not with this company, they are helpful, they use up-to-date technology to handle paperwork, and the customer service, friendliness and willingness to help from part of their staff is something hard to match. They were super efficient when it came to organizing all the surveys and searches, and always responded promptly to any queries.
