Having just bought and sold through KFH, I felt compelled to write a review to share how well the process went. From the very moment Chris Early, the sales manager arrived I felt as though they had my best interest at heart. Having agreed a sale for very close to the asking price in the first week, they then went about trying to find me somewhere to move to. Within days they had made contact with a previous client who had a property to sell that ticked all my boxes. I was collected by the agent, taken to the property and offered instantly having viewed the house. If all agents in London were as proactive and attentive, the buying and selling of houses would be so much better ! Keep up the good work Chris and the team and I will certainly be back when and if I sell again. The only floor in the whole thing is Chris being an Arsenal fan, but i guess i can forgive him for that given the above. Bernie

Couldn’t have asked for better customer service with the team in Blackheath impeccable service. I dealt with both Shelley Matczak and Natalie Humm who we’re just amazing They got me the exact rent collection amount I was after while other estate agents couldn’t and struggled. They were very professional and informed me of what was going on every step of the way. We put our house on with KFH late last year but unfortunately the chain fell through. In the Spring we decided to put our house back on the market and, following the great service we had recevied from KFH previously, we decided to market it again with KFH. The service and communication was extremely good and we we're consistenly kept informed which is particulalry important are selling can be very stressful. What was just as important is that once we had sold we were really pleased with the after service to ensure the smooth completion of the chain. Patricia and her team did a great job for us and I would defintely recommend them if you are planning to sell.

I was once scared of estate agents, not with this company, they are helpful, they use up-to-date technology to handle paperwork, and the customer service, friendliness and willingness to help from part of their staff is something hard to match. I was attended by Kaan and he was willing to do whatever he had in his hands to help me deal with the complex process of letting a new house, now I moved to a new apartment thanks to him and his hard work and effort. I started a tenancy with a flat managed by this office nearly two years ago. During all these times there has been many small and not so small problem with the flat, repairments, and everything that could happen in an old house. Even when i do not like the privacy clause that implies that we cannot communicate directly with our landlord, I have to say that this office and specially Becky Cummings have been always available and always willing to solve the minimum issue with the least time possible. Now when we had to leave the house, there have been many other arrangements to make including early release of contract, deposit refund and many more she has prove herself again the trustworthy person you want on the other said of your emails. KFH have been managing the property I let for the last 4 years and I have always found them to be extremely helpful and generally responsive. I have to break my tenancy and Kelly and the team were very quick to reassure me that they would do everything possible to find a replacement tenant as soon as possible which took a great worry off my shoulders. I was really happy with the service from KFH Blackheath office when buying my first flat. I was completely new to the process and Kate provided a lot of useful information. Her approach was different to other estate agents I have come across while viewing properties. She took an active role and would inform me of new properties that would fit my criteria, not just sending generic listings. Response to my questions was always prompt and they kept me informed of everything that was happening. Kate and Patricia were doing everything possible to get to contract exchange and completion in a timely manner. It was thanks to them that I was able to move into my new flat before Christmas, despite some delays from solicitors' side! I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again and to recommend them. We have recently completed on our new house and I can safely say that we would not have managed it without Patricia from KFH. We were selling a flat and a number of unforeseen issues came up. Patricia was amazing and went above and beyond. She helped with the council, kept all parties informed, challenged and pushed to make sure things got done, and did everything she could to make sure we got our house.
