Kate was excellent - she listened to my criteria, showed me to a number of really good properties and made it all very exciting with her positive attitude and the effort she put in to get to know me and my family. Kate was very responsive (always answered questions timely) and made every effort to make sure we collected on time. Thank you for helping me find my perfect new home!

GoogleJo Carter was absolutely fabulous. My kids and I had turned up at her desk, bruised from my divorce and being forced to leave our (already sold) family home, and needing somewhere new to call home. From the very first moment, Jo was professional, kind and listened to us. She said she would be our property finder, engaging with my teenage children too to ascertain not only what we wanted but what we needed (I was very impressed too that Jo remembered their names, Jo’s professionalism extending to warmth towards them and appreciated efforts to distinguish between my twin sons). On viewings she would gently step back to guage our reactions, to understand what would make us happy and how we would need our space to work, making insightful suggestions. Jo made time for us. I remember saying to Jo quite early on I thought she was the best property finder ever. And true to her ‘promise’, Jo quickly found us our perfect new home, with a little gentle persuasion taking us to see a property we would not have otherwise considered. Jo was spot on, it ticks all our boxes, and more!

GoogleMary was fantastic. She quickly got hold of what we were looking for and kept us informed as soon as a new property matching our criteria was available with KFH Blackheath. She was pro-active and to the point. She always sets the expectations right for the seller and the buyer. Importantly she listens to people and when things are unrealistic she says so ! Thanks a lot Mary. A quick word for Patricia as well. When Mary was not available, Patricia helped us to the same extent and KFH Blackheath made us comfortable through out.

GoogleEarlier this year I purchased a property from KFH Blackheath and the process could not have been smoother. Jo Carter and Imran Bhatti were an amazing (friendly) team with Imran efficiently arranging my mortgage (with minimal effort from me) and Jo continuously communicating updates between the vendor, solicitors and myself so I was always aware of the status without having to chase. Their operation is slick and professionalism very impressive, the fact that from offer to completing was only 4 and a half weeks says it all really. Unfaultable service.

GoogleMy partner and I used KFH to sell our flat in Blackheath. Mary and her team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. The flat took a number of months to sell due to the it's very small size and given a recent arrival of a new baby the clutter did not help. However, Mary and her team were relentless in their efforts to get the sale of our flat over the line. They were positive and supportive. Mary gave practical advice based on her vast experience in the industry. Not only was Mary a pleasure to deal with whilst we were trying to get an offer on the flat, she was extremely helpful with the exchange and sale process. If we we're intending to sell a property in the future, Mary would be the first agent we would call. Thanks Kate

GoogleWe recently sold our house through KFH and have previously bought a house through them, and they were very professional. Our estate agent, Mary, was absolutely excellent, and amazing. She went beyond what was expected of an estate agent, as she chased all the lawyers in the chain daily, to get our move sorted. We would definitely recommend Mary and other staff, especially Pat, the manager, to other people. However, we would not recommend using the lawyers recommended by KFH, as they were not very proactive and we felt that they were delaying the process.

GoogleWe got a house sold by KFH. Priyesh Barrot was the sales person who dealt with us. He's definitely a buyer's agent. I found him too pushy and not cordial at all. I won't encourage anyone to deal with them. The mortgage advisor Nick on the other hand was really helpful. Recommended. But unfortunately the sales person kinda put us off. So two stars only!

She was very helpful and clear, quick in response and always ready to clarify any of my doubts.
