I had an amazing experience with the lettings assistant manager Karen Rawling. She guided me seamlessly through my renting experience and supported me throughout the entire process. Karen was very compassionate and supportive of my situation whilst staying professional at all times. She answered all of the questions I had and made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward. She was able to assist me whilst I viewed my new accommodation and emailed me any details accordingly. We chose KFH to sell our property in East Greenwich after hearing positive reviews from friends and neighbours and we are really glad that we made that decision. Matt initially came to value the property and advise us on the process and likely interest levels. He was very professional and knowledgeable and gave us honest advice when we pushed for a realistic guide price as we weren't interested in spending months on the market and dragging out the process. Once we were on the market the whole team came to meet us and walk through the house which we really appreciated as it meant they all had first-hand knowledge of the property and I was confident they would all be able to answer questions from prospective buyers. Having been on the buy side numerous times I cannot believe how many estate agents don't have even the basic details to hand when potential purchaser's call! KFH managed all the viewings for us, were really communicative, and ultimately negotiated an above asking price sale in the first two weeks of being on the market which we were really happy with. We ended up being part of quite a long chain which gets a little bit stressful in the run up to exchange but Lewis in particular was fantastic. He went out of his way to get things across the line, really stepping up to proactively find solutions to get things moving. There was a noticeable difference in how proactive KFH were on our sale side than the other local agents who were acting for others in our chain. Would highly recommend.

To name one, the buyer for the apartment pulled out after two months, and KFH found a new buyer within a week.
